She was helping me with my purchase while also managing a difficult situation with other customers who were being less than kind. Despite that, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly gracious. She never let the tension affect her customer service, and she made sure I felt taken care of the entire time. Her kindness and composure stood out, and it made my shopping experience much better.”

Before we had a chance to do anything, the store called to say that there may be a problem with these robes and that we should bring them back to have them fixed at no charge.

Every item is carefully curated with care given to choosing items that are both stylish/interesting and made to last! I prefer to only wear natural fibers and I love that that their clothing selection highlights garments made of linen, cotton, wool, cashmere, etc, all beautifully woven, knitted, or dyed with care. Because many items in the collection are made in small batches each item that I’ve purchased feels like my own personal treasure!”

I don't know if the sales staff spoke English. And it kinda cracks me up that everything has a security tag on it. Seriously? But then this is the Palisades Mall”
