Went to have my jeans hemmed and the waist made smaller! The seamstress asked me what I wanted, I told her what i needed and she started SCREAMING AT ME! NO I’m not Doing it ! Screaming GET OUT GO DOWN THE STREET TO ANOTHER CLEANERS I’M NOT DOING IT!!!! I couldn’t believe how she had no respect! I will never go back again!! I spent quite a bit of money in the past!!

I’ve been bringing my laundry here for a couple of years now and everything is always crisp, folded nicely and super clean. Alterations and repairs are fast and done right too. They got mad at me once for not unbuttoning my shirts but I learned my lesson there and haven’t had a problem since

Affordable prices with a surprisingly quick turn around time. They even do alterations which saves me a trip to a tailor.

The manager ended up apologizing for damaging my shirt and issued a $20 store credit. I appreciate this and while I am upset about what happened, wanted to be fair and share this development with everyone.

I came into town for a wedding and needed my outfit dry cleaned and my pants altered. I came in a day before to ask if they could get them ready by the next day, and thankfully they were very understanding and accommodating. Fast service at a good price.

Asked them if they could get a stain out for me same day and they said they weren't able to do this article same day. I asked them how I can get it out at home and they took it to the back and got rid of this stain for me and when I ask them how much they wouldn't let me give them any money. Will definitely come back here.

I have been going to them for many years...Manager yelled at me because i asked why they laundered my shirts vs dry cleaning. Terrible customer service...and they lost a customer for good.

I bring my white shirts in at least twice a week. Every time, the Asian woman has a problem. One time she yelled at me for bleaching the shirts before bringing them in. Today's straw broke the camels back. They called me to tell me there was a rip in the pants. They wanted to know if they should clean them. I told them I know about the rip to please clean them. They were supposed to be ready today after 5. On my way home from work I stopped by to drop off about 28 white shirts for them to clean. She brings me the pants which weren't clean and she started yelling at me that if I had spoken to her before 10 the pants would be clean. I said I wish I knew that because I need these pants for the weekend. I am going away and I won't be able to pick them up tomorrow. I could have had somebody pick them up and brought them somewhere else. She continued screaming at me saying, "What should I do." She then pushed away my 28 white shirts and said she's not cleaning them. That I should leave!

pretty poor, when the place opened up several years ago under a different manager things were pretty good, since he left its different cleaning side is abt same but customer service politeness slipped down alteration skills poor
