We built 2 homes , from the ground up 2 kitchens, 6 bathrooms, decks , flooring, every 2x4 , siding, windows, doors you can’t imagine the money spent. I can’t get them to call me back or supply service we our owed. We allowed them to film a commercial in one of the kitchens. One of the worst companies for customer service I have ever dealt with. They talk a good game but have little to no follow up. All the money they spend on commercials they should spend a few dollars on customer service training . I was a big supporter not anymore.

I ordered 35k worth of Merrilatt cabinets, flooring and tile through Curtis Lumber. There have been multiple mistakes throughout the process, incorrect measurements, incorrect cabinets ordered in the wrong size, molding ordered incorrectly causing us to absorb the cost, missing hardware and finally the installation of the countertops being delayed by months due to a kitchen sink that was paid for six months ago not being ordered. All the delays resulted in us not having a kitchen with countertops for 3 months, all throughout the holiday season still no date for the counters being installed other than maybe by the end of January. The only response from Curtis has been “sorry for the inconvenience “. I would not recommend Curtis Lumber for any big projects.

Good selection of hardware. Has soil, key copy, friendly staff. Got some scrap wood to fill by AC, was a bit confused on where to go. Great branch of a good company
