Once was a loyal customer but now will never set foot in this store. I bought a bottle of red wine and opened it the same day. The wine was bad and was the color of ice tea. I took a picture of it and went to the store to get a replacement bottle. The employee said i had to pay and that the bad bottle was "not their problem" and it was the manufacturer's fault. Whoever's fault it was, the store sold a bad product and was not willing to rectify the situation.

This is a great store. They really know what they're talking about. I always ask for advice and every time- I end up learning something new. They Always care about The customer's Best interest and have never steered me in the wrong way!!! ????

I have been in this liquor store three times since it first opened. I thought it was me but each time I went I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I won't ever go back. Three strikes and you are out on my list.

I will never shop at this place again stopped in for a bottle of wine. they didn't have the one I normally drink so asked if they had something in the back. The older gentleman at counter told me they had their better brand. I grabbed it and went to the counter to pay and asked if it was dry. He was very abrupt to me but said no. I said ok I trust you took out my money to pay, and then he very nastily said, why don't you shop down the road. I was in disbelief but still said I want to buy it. He then dismissed me to take care of the person behind me totally ignoring me. At this point I said are you kidding me!!! I told him he was the rudest man I ever met! I would have liked to say a lot more!! I never encountered someone like him and felt it was more that I was a woman that he was so rude and dismissive!

The store is clean and seems like they have a good selection, but unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewers, the older man who works there has terrible manners and is just downright rude! I stopped in to buy something for a friend. I asked some questions because I'd never bought the particular liquor before and he was very rude to me. I apologized and told him I didn't mean to make him upset, but he became even more rude. I wanted to walk out without buying but I had to because I had to get it for my friend. I'll never shop here again. The negative energy from that man was horrible.

Nice enough- place they made an effort for it to look updated but the cigarette smell will knock you out once you walk in the door. Probably one of the only reasons I wouldn't stop.
