Went to this bank where I have an account, was waiting in line for some time along with several people with only one teller window open…when I was approached by the bank manager and asked if I was making a deposit I said no but asked her if they could open another teller because the wait was so long… the manager responded and talked to me like I was a dog or small child and I was told just like in the supermarket I was to wait my turn in line….that’s when I became angered, and told the manager maybe she shouldn’t work in a bank and suggested she get a job at Stop and Shop. At that point I was told that I was rude…. Really???….the assistant manager/door greeter came out and the two of them began to Harass me and gang up on me….really???? And I have an account and money with this bank and that’s how I’m treated….though it’s a convenient location for me to do banking I’ll use another branch, as the manager and assistant, are the most unprofessional uncaring and downright rudest and nastiest people I have ever met in the banking industry…I never experienced such treatment at any other TFCU branch or any other bank for that matter, and I don’t think Stop and Shop would hire these two people either, I don’t think they let pit bulls in their store

Very difficult to reach a person….unreasonable wait times…greater than 20 minutes to ask a question not on website..

Been experiencing multiple instances of fraudulent withdrawals; even after receiving a new card. The employees made an error in the claim that would refund me the money that was stolen and told me it could take up to 180 days to receive my money back. When I tried to close the account all together (because I no longer trust this bank with my money), they told me I had to wait for any pending transactions to go through. The only transactions that were pending were from the old card that they told me was frozen. So how could this be? I notice the pending transactions disappear and try to come in to close the account again, and they tell me they are still seeing pending transactions. Save yourself the anxiety and put your money in a place that is safe. Now I have to fight TFCU just to get my own money, because they are refusing to close the account. Employees seem more like sketchy salesman. They don’t have valid explanations for the fraudulent activity or their response to it. They were not apologetic either.

Only video tellers, which makes people take much longer. And only one open on a Saturday. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

This has got to be the worst teachers federal credit union branch. The employees are rude and downright horrible. Now we know why they are video tellers because someone would not have the nerve to treat members face to face. Do your self a favor and skip this hell hole.

Patient and helpful staff helped me just before closing without any complaint, very professional. My insurance company held up the process and they showed no sign of inconvenience or annoyanve.

I guess this is more a review of one employees character. I was just in TFCU to dispute multiple Overdraft charges on my account, The gentlemen who sits in the office first desk on the right, explained he would need to call the main branch, speak to someone, its a process... I asked if there is anyone above him I can speak to regarding this. He gave me no options, except for he'll call me back. I went home, called the TFCU main branch myself, and had the problem fixed within minutes. Kind of discouraging.

Gang of complete criminals with their fees. TFCU is currently being sued in class action from illegal overcharging. Everyone needs to jump on lawsuit and take TFCU down once and for all. TFCU has been the worst customer service towards small account clients.
