“I recently used Hall Lane for a commercial move on Long Island. The entire staff was very courteous and efficient. The sales staff gave me a quick, accurate estimate and visited me several times prior to the move to make sure we had adequate packing supplies and to answer any questions. On the day of the move, the moving staff were very well organized and easily accommodated any last minute changes. They moved all of the furniture and equipment carefully and with out any damage. I have also used Hall Lane in the past for a residential move with the same fantastic results. The owners of the company obviously stress excellent customer service with their staff! “I called this company at the last minute for a move and what we thought would be a 2 hour move turned into a 4 hour move, mostly on our part. I'm a senior who was downsizing to a smaller place, I donated a huge amount of furniture, clothing, electronics, etc., and they took it all. It was a tremendous relief to me to see that these items would be going to help someone else in need instead of being thrown away. It was a pleasure to have this company move me. The movers were very sweet, hard working young men. Liz in the office was a pleasure to deal with and she went above and beyond for me. “This is an "unbelievable" company! To say that they were always on time, courteous, pleasant to deal with, and just great, is an understatement. I had a moving Relo Cube delivered to my former condo in Florida, picked up and delivered to my primary home in Long Island in 3 days. Plus there were absolutely no "up charges". The price you are quoted, is the price you pay, period. Just make sure you tie everything down tight with ratchet straps, not rope, and you'll be fine.What else can I say?”
