There was no jumping through hoops or playing games like other banks- everything felt like the team truly was working to do the best for us. “So generously inside the bank, they take care of you like family. I had a huge problem and they solve it in a few days. I got myself back and even better. Mr. Adams had helped me, and even more, to make sure I have the right account. Mr. Adams is a blessing if I need any help I will go straight to him. Always make sure you make an appointment so you will be taken care of. You either can go near your branch, call, or make an online appointment it will be better that way.”

“I want to say, I went into the branch and talked to someone and we were able to come up with solutions that will work so I don't have to switch banks (which is such a hassle). The woman who sat with us very very helpful and pleasant, and even though they were busy we didn't have to wait long to sit and speak with her. We needed to open another account and were really torn whether to stay with them, but decided to give them another chance since we've been banking with them over 10 years. I'm hopefully optimistic that our issues are addressed and we can keep using TFCU as our bank. If that turns out not to be the case, I'll report back. They treated us like value customers and wanted to help, so that says something. Fingers crossed.”
“Tfcu is a great credit union for everyday banking. They have branches all over the island and they don't overcharge on fees. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you better not need anything from the call center. There's a minimum of 10 minute wait time no matter when you call and nothing ever gets resolved. They don't call you back and they are not very knowledgeable.”
