I am so glad I called David, Mr. Chimney Man, to clean our wood-burning insert flu! He was not only communicative and able to come the next day, but he also patiently answered all of my questions and took extra time to educate me about how to care for our stove. Bonus: he’s amazing with kids. Can’t recommend him more!
