“I was in the neighborhood for a local poker game, and realizing that I was about to show up without munchies to share I stopped in here. It was conveniently located to whatever "downtown" area this is (I am not from the area), though the traffic patterns led to some odd drivers trying to get in and out. The store was nice and bright and the signs that hang on the end of every aisle made it easy to find just what I was looking for. In case you are wondering, Oreos and Goldfish crackers make excellent accompaniments to poker night and a soothing comfort to drawing hand after hand of lousy cards.”
“My two children just had their first covid vaccine at this Walgreens and the Pharmacist, Steve was beyond wonderful! He was so patient, kind, understanding, clear, understandable and efficient! My kids were clearly nervous and he made them feel comfortable and at ease. He did the paperwork and shot quickly so the kids could get through it and move on. Thanks Steve!!! We hope you do the second dose for them!”

She took down all my info and I hope that it does work this easily. She is waiting for the shift lead to come in at 1:30 to talk to her about it. We will see! 4 star because of the issue!”
“The store was clean. The parking was easy, and I just stopped in to grab some meat. My friend said nobody beat their meat at Price chopper market 32 prices seem slightly higher than other places, but the quality seemed good and was in and out fairly quickly we shall see if the meat is as good as she says dinner is not far off.”
“Cindy at your North Greenbush store is extremely pleasant and accommodating. She assisted me with products I was looking for and made me feel important to her. Her kind demeanor was very much appreciated. I will be shopping at this CVS from now on, with hopes of Cindy being there.”

“With all of the short staffing that is going on in healthcare, I feel people have given this pharmacy staff a bad bunch of reviews. I have never had them be rude. They have helped me get medications as fast or faster than other places. They run their entire time on duty…I truly feel this group of workers are doing their very best! Retail pharmacy is a tough job…they get screamed at and treated poorly every day!”
“Just be more a little nice too workers I know lease a customer is always right but some of these customers need to be a little bit nicer and not so mean employees at CVS human beans if they don't know they don't know if it has nothing to do with CVS inside the store Google it don't give them a hard time front of the store in the back be more nice i Watch many people disrespect workers and it's not even a serious problem most of the time it's something to do with outside CVS that they don't know sometimes I wish I could jump in butt I don't want to get kicked out of CVS shout out to all CVS even 24 hours CVS Delaware avenue Albany East greenbush and Delmar”

“Five stars in support of the pharmacy, all the 1 star reviews obviously have never truly known what it is like to work severely understaffed and the public breathing down your back and complaining. And it’s a vicious cycle because it causes burnout and people leave, making the understaffed situation more dire. I find the pharmacy crew to be awesome and helpful and they do the best they can!”
