My tire was headed toward a flat so I pulled into Crosbys to use their overpriced tire pump. I put $2 in and came up with an error. When I went into the gas station, Bri, who works at Subway informed me they would not be refunding my money nor was it their problem. I asked them why they didn’t put up a sign and she still said it wasn’t their problem because people use it anyway. I said I wouldn’t have dropped $2 into it if I knew it wasn’t working. She continued to reiterate that it wasn’t that problem. To which a customer said call Tina and talk to her. Bri said Tina would tell me the same thing to which the customer replied, “yeah she wouldn’t be as snotty.” Hope I can make it home on a flattening tire. Have a good holiday.

Ordered last-minute breakfast pizzas for a Bills game on Sunday morning and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! I had a large order with many different requests and they checked all the boxes! Definitely recommend!

Here at the Naples Grape Festival. They don't even allow their own PAYING CUSTOMERS use their restrooms. The 3 portapotties are TOTALLY FULL FULL and DISGUSTING!!!!

As I'm making my way through the tourist town I decide to stop at Crosby's to get some kerosene as it would be $6.39 like that's not bad enough. I went in and told him I want 20 on the pump I go out and what I thought was $20 worth got back home. It was about a cup. Couldn't tell a difference because I have back problems. Went back down to town.she didn't believe me. She told me I had 3 gallons and then I didn't want to argue with her and I calmly told her that I didn't receive three gallons. So Tina the manager who's been there for way too long grabbed the out of service flag went out the door and put it on there and didn't offer no refund at all. It was a horrible experience and I don't know how she's still working there and if they knew what they were doing they'd get rid of her.

The manager of this store is the most miserable woman I have ever experienced. Her disposition is less than desirable. She is not welcoming. I have watched her scream at people that challenged her. She never says thank you. Never smiles. She has been dishonest about sales and tried to keep the money, only to be furious when she is called out. She is only kind to her friends - and it is very clear who they are. Don't waste your time going in this place. She is nasty, and for no valid reason.

I feel sorry for anyone who works there. I've been in there when the manager (I guess) was berating one of the staff, in earshot of everyone in the store. You could see the poor girls face, like it's something you just have to put up with every day. I asked around, and apparently this is how most all of them are treated. Crosby's, how can you employ someone like that for years?

Both employees were very miserable, rolling there eyes. Subway was out of steak so I was like ok I'll just go get pizza and caught him rolling his eyes. Then I went over and got slices, was not personable very rude and I caught him rolling his eyes as well.9l
