I have spent over $2000 in their store and the items were broken and when I tried returning it they told me they don't take returns and they told me to contact the company and also told me to call the bank to dispute the charge and when I called the bank the bank told me that they have a received an email from village sensation stating that they checked the items before they sold it to me but how is that possible if the it was completely sealed
