I went to the store to upgrade my phone and the customer representative made a mistake. I had to return the phone and do it all over again then the manager wanted to make up for having me come back and spend an hour to fix it and offered me a second line for free so I accepted, even though I did not need a second line then as I reviewed my bill I was being charged for that second line. But now I moved to Westchester 40 minutes away from Verizon in Nanuet. So now I have to go back after being exhausted from a full day of work to get this corrected again! The manager and the customer representative Jay (who sold me the phone) did not understand that I just wanted it fixed and wanted to go home to Westchester .The Manager was going through all the different various plans why it didn’t work, etc. etc. etc. I explained I don’t understand the thousand plans that he was swiping through and I said just need it fixed. They didn’t understand or really seem to care that it was my second time back now and having to drive 40 minutes to get this fixed on their mistake. They were arrogant and rude. I will never go back to the store again Or recommended it to anyone ever!!! They are absolutely the worst!

My visit to Verizon was fantastic, thanks to the store manager, Alex. He offered truly exceptional customer service – he was incredibly friendly and efficiently resolved my issue. His positive attitude made me feel valued and eager to come back for any future needs. A superb experience all around!

I have been with ATT for mobile and Optimum for internet for over 15 years. I decided to Visit Verizon in Nanuet to see what they can offer. Was greatly kindly at the door, taken care of by Jay D. Within 2 minutes. The service, knowledge and offers were amazing. Although it’s only a couple weeks I am so happy with the service for both internet, tv and wireless. Thank you both Jay and the manager Greg for your amazing customer service and your Verizon services. I will recommend everyone to you guys! You are both outstanding and Verizon is lucky to have you.

I was just at the Verizon wireless corporate store in Nanuet NY this evening because I was having issues with my iPhone and wanted to see what my options were and the sales rep helping said “I see you’ve been with Verizon wireless for 23 years, why don’t you go to AT&T”. I was furious. I walked right out. Absolutely insane to treat a customer like that. Absolutely ridiculous to treat a customer this way. I am looking into other wireless providers, I am deeply insulted and offended by that remark.

Be careful when dealing with the Verizon reps...they all want to sell you more than you need. If it seems too good to be true, then you'll know it's Verizon.

Roberto was absolutely awesome. He spent two whole hours with me on an exchange and calling my old network and arranging a transfer of four lines onto four new devices. A true role model in professionalism and customer service.

Keith was very rude, I would avoid him at all costs.
I had an issue with a trade-in and had to call Verizon while in store to get the issue solved. When I said that I would call Verizon and he would have to talk to them he replied "I don't have to do that, I don't have to do anything." A few minutes later while I am speaking to the Verizon associate, before I handed the phone over to him, he tried to speak over me and interrupt me multiple times. Someone working at a phone store should know never to interrupt people while on the phone.
At a bare minimum Keith needs to be re-trained and banned to the back room where he does not interact with customers.
