Tyrone is an amazing employee that deserves recognition. He was kind, helpful and had a smile on his face the entire time I was at the store. I had multiple packages going to multiple different places and was overwhelmed by my toddler all at the same time. If it wasn't for Tyrone making the process feel like a breeze, I'm not sure how I would've done it. Thanks Tyrone!!

So I am giving this review based on my interaction with particularly one employee, she is an older adult, and she seems to hate her job or she is so close to retirement, so she must be fed up with her career, she is rude, unhelpful and seems to not care. My luck, I always get her if there are more than one person helping people which is not common I always pray that I don't get her, and lo and behold I always get her...and she is there alone, I have driven elsewhere so that I don't have to have my day ruined....come on USPS you cannot be so short staffed that she has to be placed in a position to deal with customers all the time with her moody attitude. I have gotten into arguments with this lady, and I have seen others engaged in arguments too.

this is the worst place ever been. i had a package ,flew 7000 mile from other country with no issue. theese people could not deliver my package from usps store to my hause which is 0.2 mile. they lost my package.i have a camera next to my mailbox. package has never been delivered.and of course you cannot proove them aything. thay just keep telling you same word over and over again what a great sevice.

Closed before 4:45pm on a Friday, when the door clearly states closes at 5:00pm.A girl working the counter came out the back door to let us know that they’re understaffed and I cannot send a letter today. I requested once more to consider taking us in, since it’s only a simple letter and we were here at least 15mins before closing time. Her response was “Not today, not happening today, you can try before 2pm tomorrow (Saturday)”I work in the service industry as well and this isn’t acceptable.

If you have a sign and a buzzer answer the door. I knocked 3 times and buzzed twice. Had to drive around back to give them my prepaid packages.For the most part this is the best post office around. Access to the kiosk 24/7 is great so I don’t have to wait in line for service.Manager is very nice too…. Tries his best to keep the place running correctly.

I gave them a package. And they sent it to the location that I needed for one lump sum. And that's it, that's how the mail works.

Jeff is rude and can’t let a customer get a word in before he gets condescending. This might be the worst customer service I have ever received and uncalled for and I actually work customer service and I know how rude customers can be but his is uncalled for honestly. Also he basically said he doesn’t care about the higher ups or w.e it says on the package it’s his way or no way. This place has a low rating for a reason lol.

This is my favorite branch. It’s always clean and the staff is super friendly. I always run into people here who complain about everything but it’s the same people who’ve decided to come on a lunch break or they’re in the middle a rush to something else. A customers lack of time management has nothing to do with the staffing here
