The lady behind the counter is definitely racist toward other ethnicities, I have stood in line while she helps other customers and I have noticed how she interacts with caucasian customers compared to people of Asian and Hispanic backgrounds. She would greet you with a smile, she would just chat it up, not to mention take extra time with customers, disregarding the line that’s forming, but when she gets a non Caucasian customer, her demeanor completely changes, she won’t even say “hello” to you, she will be completely silent throughout the whole interaction and then at the end she will just throw the receipt at you without saying a word. I have gone through reviews and found other reviews where people have expressed the same concerns. I hope someone speaks to her and explains how this behavior is extremely unacceptable

I never have problem with the usps but some employee they don't know have make his jobevery time I got to this location I have problem when I want to drop off my package with (Lisa) she don't have not costumer service in every sense..Sometimes I think she is racist because I'm Hispanic.im in a point o go to different location I never have any problem

USPS Nanuet is the worst. I rarely ever have the need to go there in person, but the few times I had to, made me realize it is so worth it for my sanity, to go to a different location, like the one in New City where everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. The staff in Nanuet seems to have a work motto of " We work here but we don't want to be here, and so should you!" This location needs a major staff overhaul! I am only forced to give it a one star rating to enable me to post this review. For me? It does not deserve even a sprinkle of star dust.

The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! Thank you and muita obgridada a meu amiga nova, who even practiced Portuguese with me! ❤️❤️
