At what point will this store realize they need to do something? The line is constantly out the door. The workers are typically friendly but sadly they are constantly swamped with customers. Hire more people!! Additionally, why can’t we just drop off packages anymore? It doesn’t make sense for those that printed their labels at home to stand in the same line as those who need to buy postage. Learn from USPS and FedEx. Create a drop box!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went into the store today, notary was extremely unhelpful, rude and spoke over me while attempting to assist me. He didn’t review my (sensitive government) paperwork, instead asked me where he needs to sign. He didn’t even have a seal, only a stamp. When I asked him to review my government ids, he raised his voice & said that wasn’t his job to verify my ids nor my documents. He said his only job is to sign where I ask him. When I asked him to verify my ids, he told me leave & go somewhere else if I didn’t like how he worked. He basically yelled at me in the store in front of other customers. Complete unprofessional. When I asked his colleague for a supervisor or headquarters phone number, I was told that they are all supervisors (him and his colleague). He told me to google the phone number for customer service if I wanted to file a complaint. He then said he couldn’t provide me his colleague’s name. This was on 7/25/24 at 1:45pm. It’s frustrating to be treated with such disrespect & disregard when my only attempt was to receive the service I went into UPS for.
I would like to add the employee’s name is Neil A. I’ve read several negative reviews regarding this same employee. Not sure how this is tolerated. Hoping customer service & proper notary training could be provided to help other customers in the future.

Been going here for around 4/5 years now, more recently for Amazon returns.

This place is great. Despite being very busy the staff is fast and efficient. The people writing negative comments is bizarre.
