Every time I’ve come to the salon here I’ve felt like the vibes are VERY tense. I don’t know if the employees are overworked or what but it just seems very overbooked and mismanaged. I feel bad for the poor stylists here- it’s not their fault, the work they do is ALWAYS amazing and on point. I hope they end up somewhere that truly appreciates them!

I went to this Ulta for hair services and the stylists were great. However, every time I went, the nice stylists that did my hair and/or I interacted with were let go or quit. It seems mismanaged to me and I've taken to going to other Ulta locations for hair services as there is not this level of turnover in Jersey locations. I witnessed the salon manager be unprofessional to her staff when they asked her simple questions. She is not a people person and made me uncomfortable as a client. She was also trying to micromanage my stylist the last time I was there and found out this woman doesn't even have a cosmetology license. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. If you can, go to one of the other ultas in the area.

Lilly did a flawless job at laminating my eyebrow i was a little nervous because it was my first time but she was very welcoming and her work was amazing i would 100% recommend her to anyone who is think about getting their eyebrows laminated

I made an appointment for a haircut and they made me wait 15 minutes for my appointment. They never attended me and I waited 6 more minutes. At 23 minutes they called me by the phone to assist me. The service is really bad in the hair area. Too much time for wait.

Very large store, and there are many employees ready to help you. Went to get eyebrow pencil, for my wife, was greeted at the door, was helped immediately, and I was leaving within five minutes.

You do not get your hair done by Rachel k. I went there for a color and and she convinced me to cut my hair just for her to butcher it. Then she goes and post on her Instagram my color transformation and when I look at it the back of my hair looks fine. It didn't need to cut like she was saying so she basically butchered my hair lied to me and told me that my hair needed a cut because it had some damage in the back whereas you can see from the pictures she posted herself that there was no damage. I'm so disgusted that somebody could be so greedy and mean that they would butcher somebody's hair. I will definitely be complaining to corporate about her.

Please do not come here if you are perfume shopping. Everything is locked up, and the very few bottles they have out, are the cheaper perfumes and you can’t even use the bottle for a sample spray because they are ruined and/or super low.There is also a camera with a live screen recording in the perfume area. It also makes a small beeping sound like an electronic doorbell, I’m guessing to alert a team member there is a customer there. I waited for someone to come. I then had to walk around to find help, but no one available. Only a lady working at the salon area which is in the back/next to perfumes. I’d give 1 star, but after feeling frustrated, I left and on my way out a team member smiled, opened the door for me, and greeted me goodbye. So I only got help to LEAVE the store.

Great store with vast variety of beauty products to select from. Wonderful customer service. Denise was very helpful in finding the right product and great at suggesting what is right for the skin and skin tone. Thank you so much!This store is doing really great!

I came in, in a rush and Angela was able to help me find everything I needed and was able to give some great recommendations for products. Everyone was very nice and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I always choose to come here instead of Sephora not only because of how clean and tidy they keep the store, but because how great the customer service is. Keep it up guys!

Rachel is a star! She gave my daughter the haircut she’s been dreaming of. Even though they were very busy, Rachel took her time, was attentive and delivered exactly what we were looking for. She was so kind and I would’ve paid $100 for the haircut gave! Can’t wait to book with her again.

I came for a haircut and all-over color dye appointment with Rachel K at the Ulta Salon and I had a fantastic experience! Rachel got the color and style I was asking for perfectly and was highly skilled at both cutting and dyeing hair. She was friendly, informative, and provided excellent service, as well as recommended good hair care for my new dye job. I will certainly be utilizing her as my regular stylist going forward :)The facilities were clean and modern and stylists took great care of their stations. I will certainly be returning to the Ulta Salon for future services.
