This by far has been the worst experience buying an item online. I ordered an item back September of 2023 and was told it would arrive within two weeks, then get notification saying it will be in October 2023. October 2023 came and went, finally in May 2024 I called to cancel order as I was told they were waiting for item. Worst place to order. I don’t recommend to anyone. If I can give minus stars would minimum get minus 5 star.

Put in a pre order back in January, waited 2 months because of pre order status. Checked with the site it was stated that the order should ship out ship out the end of the month. Checked every month after and the same thing was always said they have no information from the vendor they were to come from. I ended up having to cancel my order and went with another vendor on ebay who had them already in stock and they are not even a business.

After waiting for two months for my order to be shipped, I emailed the seller this morning at 8am to request a cancellation. Their response a few hours later was that the order coincidentally had just shipped that morning. This evening, I did finally receive the tracking information, and the order was tendered to the shipper at 7:33pm today. If I want to return the order, I have to pay shipping both ways plus a restocking fee. We all know what happened, the seller rushed to ship the order once they saw my request to cancel. I will donate the $20 toy to someone in need and simply choose to shop elsewhere in the future.

DO NOT buy single Pokémon cards from these guys. Their prices are WAY off. They have a Shiny Charizard GX listed for $504 when the card is worth $396. They also have a base set unlimited charizard, not graded, listed for 899. 899! That’s a joke! That card is worth $350 near mint / mint. It’s an absolute joke.Response back to owner:I’m sorry, but base set unlimited charizard has NEVER been worth over 400 dollars. Shadowless, and 1st edition base set charizard have, but not just plain unlimited. It comes off as you clearly trying to rip someone off

Egregious markups.323% markup on preorder One Piece ST13.$12+ for a single booster pack of one piece.300% markup on preorder One Piece booster box EB01.208% markup on One Piece ST09 (it’s not even a good deck???).I don’t know who’s shopping here with these prices.You’ll be better off helping out a store that doesn’t pull this stunt, though those are rare.

I've been going to Toywiz since it was Wizard World at the bottom of rt 59 and when it was located in the 59 Place next to Capri Cosmetology; and it's always been a great store. The employees are great, 9/10 of them are people who have played games there their whole lives or are turbo-nerds. They have events ranging from Warhammer40k to YuGiOh to Melee.It's not without it's fair share of problems. Many things are overpriced and the vendors there can be brutal. For example a vendor there tried to scam me and multiple people and didn't stop until I showed up at his house demanding my cards. Yeah they're pretty scummy. Additionally the culture behind the card games is pretty toxic and it seems like the worst people gather there and inspire others to be just as toxic.There are however some of the nicest people I've met, and some of my best friends. I've also gotten some of the best deals on comics in my life and found some nerd treasures you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else. All of the displays are awesome, everything super organized.Giving this place 5* because I can't give partial scores. I would give it a 9/10 if I could or a 4.5/5.

Decent inventory, but price gouging from a shop of this scale is distasteful. Charging quadruple (not an exaggeration) the price of advertised retail for one booster pack is sleezy and ruins the community.
