The Tile Shop in Nanuet is the best option for purchasing high quality, unique and beautiful tiles in Rockland. I worked with Anne and she was awesome She was warm, kind, processional, patient and knowledgeable. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and provided helpful tips . Thanks to the Tile Soap and Anne I now have the most amazing spa bathroom!!!!

I had a great experience working with this shop for a bathroom remodel. From my first visit, when I was just browsing to get ideas, to my last, the staff was professional, courteous, creative, helpful and fun to work with. There’s a lot to choose from and something for all budgets. I met Annie on my first trip and we hit it off. She guided me through the process and products, and helped me coordinate colors for the tile as well as the grout, wall paint, and vanity. What started as a daunting task quickly became a “piece of cake.” I really appreciated having a counter and stands on which to place the tile boards (where I took lots of pics) as I tried to narrow down my choices. They kept track of my selections at the end of each visit till I was ready to order. I was shopping in Nanuet, NY, but my project was in Wash., DC, so my order was ready and waiting there for my contractor before my start date. For my next project, I will be going back to choose a kitchen backsplash!

We needed to get a few pieces of large tile. We went to Lowe's and they didn't have anything I liked. We were driving home and I saw this place and we decided to stop. Annie helped us, she was very kind and also gave us our space to walk around and explore. Happy we stopped, we found what we needed and very pleased with the tile.

Mr. Cohen, our representative was wonderful. He found the tiles that we would need for the backsplash to our kitchen remodel. The are a fantastic fit. 100% would go back to The Tile Shop - excellent selection, high quality tiles and representatives who help you and do not "up sell" you.

I provide custom home remodeling services in and around Fairport, NY (near Rochester). I, and more importantly, my customers regularly use The Tile Shop in Henrietta, NY. So, what's that have to do with the store in Nanuet?Recently, the Henrietta store manager, Jamie Wing, has begun an extensive 'remodeling' of the Nanuet store. Jamie was asked by the regional manager (Sean Storie) to help bring the store up to the excellent standards set at other stores in the region. He asked the best person to make that happen.Jamie brings Nanuet a wealth of knowledge in the tile industry, from kitchens and bathrooms to exterior spaces. She is wonderful with my customers (as is the staff she has left behind), as many people are intimidated or overwhelmed by the selection process.I encourage customers and contractors to go in and see Jamie and what the store is now and will offer in the future.Sincerely,Bill

The manager of the store cut my marble piece (they don't have to), gave me a contractor discount, after learning that I am doing a DIY project (unexpected and great service), and personally supervised my purchases, making sure I have everything. Top notch!

They won’t take back full bags or full boxes of tile, which they told my wife they would so she overbought. They claim the fine note on receipts says 90 days period.As a contractor I will no longer deal with them

They refused to take back full bags of grout and full boxes of tile. Claimed 90days but told us as long as not opened don't worry so my wife overbought.

First off the address may list route 59 but it's one lot off 59 and impossible to find. On my second time trying to find the place I called and still had a tough time. As for tile, they have a large selection and knowledgeable and helpful salespeople.

STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!I own a home improvement/construction business. I went to the Tile Shop (begrudgingly) the other night due to the fact I needed sanded grout and they were the only tile store open at that time. The salesperson gave me what I asked for, a tube of white sanded caulk (or so I thought!!!) for a price of $23.99. Knowing that I am dealing with a tile specialist, (or so I thought) I looked quickly at the color which was white and left. Upon opening the tube and applying it, I quickly realized this was not white sanded caulk but regular silicon which I knew wouldn’t match and provide the look the customer was looking for. I would have gotten regular silicon that matched if that’s what I needed for about $8.99! I went back to swap out this tube of silicon for what I originally asked for and was told by the manager they don’t sell sanded caulk. With amazement I explained what I originally asked for and showed him what I was given. He said he doesn’t know why the sales associate, Mark, gave me what he did without explaining why it wasn’t what I asked for and advised they can not take it back due to it being open. I advised him I am a contractor and have been sending customers here for years, (although that stopped about 2 years ago when I had other issues with this store) and should be given the courtesy of a refund especially since his employee did what he did. He advised there is nothing he can do. now I have to eat a $26 tube of silicon I could have bought for $9 and I wasted about $50 worth of my time writing this review….. however, I believe it is that important for people who are going to be spending a lot of money on projects involving tile need to know they should stay away from this place. I have had other issues that turned into additional costs and extended wait times for myself and my customers with this store. Do yourself a favor and use a place like Classic Tile in Pearl River where the owner Labil and salesperson are knowledgeable, polite and help you with unbelievable personal service. You won’t have any problems which is the last thing you need especially when construction projects can naturally create stress for some people. It’s a pleasure to interact with great knowledgeable store owners. I send my customers to Classic Tile with complete confidence knowing I will NEVER have to deal with the nonsense I have dealt with at the Tile Shop in Nanuet! If you are in NJ and don’t want to travel, Laura at Fuda Tile in Ramsay NJ is also very good.

Mark was super helpful. Took his time helping me find what I was looking for. Had been to many other stores beforehand and either couldn’t help me or were rude and wasted my time. Would definitely recommend this store because of this one employee. The overall store was nice and easy to find products!
