I am not a fan of the open air mall. There are too many cars and a lot of really rude groups of people there. I drive in, go to the one store I need something from and then leave. The mall was better before they revamped it.

Annoying layout, difficult to find the store we were looking for and then hard to find the other store we wanted to go to.
The very non ergonomically designed experience. Makes you wish for a conventional shopping mall like the Palisades.
