Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The manager George needs to learn management and customer service skills. He was more concerned with taking care of Amazon returns then dealing with the PAYING CUSTOMERS. This store deserves to close.

I went to this Staples location in Nanuet, New York, to make an Amazon return. However, the store is severely understaffed. There were only three people in the return line and about four people purchasing items, yet there was only one employee handling both the regular store checkout and the Amazon returns.
While the employee was doing an amazing job, it's unfair to both the staff and customers. I would much rather do my returns at the UPS store, but Amazon is charging a one-dollar fee for that. So, I have no choice but to use Staples.
Despite the employee's best efforts, the back-and-forth between regular customers and Amazon return customers was frustrating. Believe it or not, it took me 13 minutes to make one return.

Aisles clearly marked, staff polite and helpful and products attractively packaged and always work well. Wish there was a Staples nearer to me!

White Lady at returns was nice. Black Guy at checkout was nasty. Definitely makes you not want to come back again.

Waiting for more than 30 minutes for a manager and he keeps on going to help people that walked on the store instead of coming to the return counter to help the people in line

Workers who are working at the print station are not printing my labels. She told me that if I have more than one label, I have to come back tomorrow. Hello! Come on, it only takes 10 minutes. She says she has a lot of orders to fulfill. This is really disappointing. Also, not good in communication with customers. It's essential for businesses to provide efficient and friendly service to customers, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone.
