I would like to commend Patricia at Sephora for providing an outstanding customer experience during our recent visit. From the moment we entered the store, she made a genuine effort to ensure we felt welcome and supported.
My partner, who only speaks Spanish and was visiting a makeup store for the first time, was initially a bit nervous. Patricia immediately put him at ease by engaging with him in Spanish and taking the time to understand his needs. Her warm, respectful, and professional approach made a meaningful impact—she not only helped him feel confident but also guided him to select the best products for his needs.
Patricia exemplifies excellent customer service and inclusivity. Her ability to connect with customers and create a positive, personalized experience truly sets her apart. Sephora is fortunate to have such a dedicated and empathetic team member.

Sephora is the place to go to buy perfume. They have a large selection and assistants to help. The best part is, if you don't like the perfume, they allow returns for your money back. This is my go-to place for perfume gift-giving. Highly recommended

As a loyal Sephora customer, I was disappointed by a recent experience at my favorite location. When returning unopened items purchased via a payment plan, the associate gave unnecessary attitude, despite the return meeting policy requirements. On another occasion, I forgot to mention my birthday until after checkout, and the associate responded with a dismissive gesture and sigh, which felt unprofessional. Payment methods or small oversights should not affect customer service, especially for dedicated shoppers.

Awesome and welcoming store! Stopped in to pick up a couple things and the associate who helped me, Roma, was incredible and went above and beyond to help me get the products for my look. Will be back again!

Very helpful the workers there are certified beauty technicians and are there to assist with finding the right color foundation for you and have a test that will help you find the right color for you.

I scheduled makeup for a wedding and they called 2 hours before and canceled saying they were closing the store early. Asked if I wanted to re schedule. the wedding was that night so re scheduling wasn't an option. It was barely raining outside and they decided to close early.
