R&F in Nanuet has always been a good experience. Over many years everyone there that I have encountered has been genuine, friendly, and totally professional. My latest excursion yielded a whole new bedroom set. I am very pleased with the product(for today’s standards and prices), the salesmen, and even the very polite and efficient delivery men. An extra shout out to Greg, who went above and beyond.

Cindy was awesome to work with- super helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly (and patiently)! She worked with me and followed up with me over a two day period to make sure I was able to take advantage of a great promotion. I could not have made this purchase without Cindy’s help— she offered multiple suggestions and pointed me to alternatives as she became aware of my concerns, budget and buying requirements. I wish every sales or support rep was as good as Cindy! Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices as well as the selection. The salesperson was excellent and not overbearing as most I have ran into over the years.
I came to look and ended up purchasing.
No pressure was put on me by salesman nor any of the management. He just walked along to answer any questions my wife and I had.
I have to say if I was pressured, I would not have bought.
The furniture and pricing sold itself.

After having a horrific experience with another store, we went to the Nanuet location and it was a night and day difference!
We had an excellent experience with the entire team at the Nanuet location. We worked with Mahammed who assisted us with choosing our pieces and putting our order together. He was very knowledgeable of the furniture and different features, colors, specifications. He spent a very long time with us ensuring we were making the right choices. He was understanding and gave us time to test out different chair options with our table and find the best couch for our family.
Lynn, the customer service manager, was very pleasant to work with as well. She had a great attitude, took her time with us (even though it was close to the store closing), and made the process very smooth on her end.
We worked with two managers during our trip as well, Vlad and Andrew. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They spent a lot of time working with us too helping us wrap up our order.
Overall, it was a great experience! I would recommend the entire team to anyone in need of furniture! I won’t shop anywhere else for furniture from now on!

Made a few recent purchases at R&F. Najam provided excellent customer service. We went in looking for an End Table, couldn't find anything that suited our needs on the display floor so he directed us to the Close Out section. Low and behold we found the perfect table at a severely discounted price and the money saved went toward purchasing two sviwel club chairs. Thanks Najam!

Fabulous recliner! I bought this for my father whose Parkinson's, arthritis and back pain left him able to sit in only two chairs (still with discomfort) in his entire house. This chair is truly a lifesaver! It's very comfortable and since it is not leather or vinyl, won't leave him sliding forward or off the chair. Remote controls are easy to use. Chair does require significant space in order to fully recline, but once you experience the comfort of fully reclining in it, you won't mind giving up any floor space. Delivered only days after purchase by an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable delivery team. Would highly recommend.
