“I had an excellent experience at the FedEx store in Nanuet yesterday. I needed to ship a relatively large piece of art to Florida and after going to 2 differentt FedEx stores and 1 UPS store I finally received accurate information and good service. Prior to the Nanuet store I received 3 different prices which were all higher than I ultimately paid.
Amarus in the Nanuet store was extremely pleasant and helpful. I needed a large TV box and Nanuet didn't have any. Amarus offered to get them from another store but it would have taken a few days. She also suggested that I go to Home Depot which would definitely have them. 10 minutes later I was back with a box from Home Depot and 5 minutes after that I was on my way home without the artwork. A special thanks to Amarus at the FedEx store in Nanuet.”
