As others I too find no one ever picks up the phone and usually when they call back I am unable to answer as I am on the road or away from the phone. Lately their phone system is not working either since the recording just cycles over without any response from any buttons you touch. Reported this twice and still not fixed. The staff really needs to attend to these very serious concerns.

The man who made my appointment had no idea what he was talking about ! I received a call the day before my appointment stating it had been canceled because he scheduled me to see a nurse that doesn’t provide the service I needed . They then offered to reschedule with a doctor who also doesn’t ! If I hadn’t asked they would have wasted even more of my time! Wouldn’t recommend anyone come here ! Very unprofessional!!

The doctor is wonderful. The staff on the other hand, they are disrespectful, have a terrible attitude and are of no help.You’d think because they’re a doctors office and see patients of all needs, they would be even the slightest nice… no. I’ve never been to such an office.I went there with a severe stress fracture and heavy duty boot and crutches, I was clearly struggling opening the door… the rude receptionist looked at me and said “close the door behind you, the AC is on”…How about help?I just got off the phone with them, tried to ask if there was anything after 1PM.. she immediately cut me off and in a very rude tone said “that’s all we have ok!?”The only reason I still come here is because Dr Cherian is there.

The doctors are wonderful but the staff is terrible. No one EVER answers the phone when you call. You can't hold for someone, you must leave a message, you wait all day, then you don't get a callback. They are supposed to close at 4:00 but they close the phones before 3:30. It's not a pleasant experience to deal with when you need to speak with someone. It's not like it used to be.

the doctors are Okay but the rest of the staff quite frankly are rarely pleasant when you're there and absolutely No One at the office EVER picks up the phone, after 2 years of going there I'm beginning to think it's an unofficial office policy - to never answer any incoming calls.

I've been a patient for awhile here even during COVID. I have luckily been healthy with the exception of a head cold even during COVID and have not needed to go into the office often. I do not live local and work nights. I have a bad head cold now and called for a a Tele-visit since it's been over a week now. I was told they do not do tele-visits anymore unless I am covid positive and would need to get up at 8am to call for a sick appt and that they book within an half an hour so to call at 8am when they open or I won't get an appt. It's a sad day when you can't call your doctors office and get help when you are feeling sick. I guess I'll be going elsewhere for help since Dr. Karenick can't help me.

I have been going here my whole life and everyone has always been amazing. I am so sad that Dr. Ingrassia retired but I did see Dr. Goldberg and he is great. I highly recommend them.

I started going there over twenty years ago and used to see Dr. Ingrassia who was amazing. He took the time to listen to your concerns. He also trusted you to know your body. Sadly, he retired and I now have Dr. Goldberg as my primary. I was there this past Monday for a literal pain in the neck. He prescribed a medication that is ineffective in all but giving me heartburn. I'm still in horrible pain and having muscle spasms. As a result of this injury, I've needed to take a couple of days off of work - desk job sitting all day and talking on the phone. Not happening with this kind of pain. Now I require a note from Dr. Goldberg to go return to work. In the past two days, I reached no less than eight times. He hasn't responded once. The only reason I gave Nanuet Medical a one start, is I feel bad for the staff who have been very nice when I call if I don't go to voice mail. They've told me he's had my message since the first call and he will get back to me. I'm still waiting. If this is considered professional nowadays, may the Lord help us.

Thank you to the staff and Nanuet Medical. I don't think it's said enough. I have never had anything but good experiences dealing with anyone from this practice. Thank you all for what you do - and thank you for always being receptive, compassionate and accommodating to me whenever I've contacted your office. I will be posting this on other review sites - I see that there have been some negative comments in the past, and to those people I say, you reap what you sow. If you treat people pleasantly and with respect you will be treated in kind. Again, thank you.

The staff here is incredibly rude!! They call everyone by their first name instead of Mr. or Ms. So and so. It's a BUSINESS relationship not personal, so be professional and address your clients APPROPRIATELY. I also noticed that the office staff and nurses here trash talk the patients and put derogatory comments about the patients in their charts! How disgusting, unprofessional and disrespectful!! I have been going for years, but because his staff is so untrustworthy and have zero manners, I will take my business elsewhere.
