“I went in today after needed a new phone super easy! The First Gentleman to help me was awesome super informative very patient and helpful. When I set up my phone Donald helped me and was absolutely amazing and helpful! Super patient since my phone was taking quite some time. I will never forget the ease and friendly service from the total of three gentleman that helped me. Spoke to me and helped my experience be seemless. I was in there for about a total of 3 ish hours and again the service was amazing I was in my pjs ? and still got great service. I will never forgot this experience one of the best and it was my first time buying my own phone so again 10/10”

He took his time to explain everything and went above and beyond to contact customer service for me and resolve all issues I was having. He was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable.
