“Came in with some issues with my bill and rebates when I switched from AT&T last month and for the last month regretting it but when I came in and had the pleasure of working with KEITH .. He took his time to explain everything and went above and beyond to contact customer service for me and resolve all issues I was having. He was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Verizon if you are reading this which I hope you are you need to commend your employee for his services. Anyone looking to buy a phone or anything else for that matter please and see Keith. He is the man!”

“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised.
