“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. “I went in today, because I had an overdue bill and my phone was cut off. An employee named Leeyah welcomed me with a big warm smile and immediately asked how she can help. I explained that my bill was due and I wouldn’t be able to pay it all, but I was willing to pay a large portion. Rather than take my money and send me on my way, she helped me to make a payment arrangement and saved me over a hundred bucks that I was prepared to give up. Also she made me aware of the in store service charges and encouraged and helped me service up from my phone. I’m thankful because I needed to lock up a few things for home and some other necessary items with that money,and she helped me get my phone back on without getting a dime out my pocket. I am really appreciative because a lot of places just “take your money and go”. But she was patient and worked me kindly to debit up from my phone. I am thankful for her warm welcoming personality and money saving advice. I was able to put that money to good use in other areas of my life and I am thankful to her.”
