Purchased a cabinet and placed on hold. Came back for pick up and the piece is no where to be found. My only option was a refund. Absolute joke. Offered a $25 gift card in a condescending manner for the trouble. Clearly didn’t take. Clear disregard for the client. No offer to help find one at a different store. Unprofessional. Disgusting customer service.
