Purchased a cabinet and placed on hold. Came back for pick up and the piece is no where to be found. My only option was a refund. Absolute joke. Offered a $25 gift card in a condescending manner for the trouble. Clearly didn’t take. Clear disregard for the client. No offer to help find one at a different store. Unprofessional. Disgusting customer service.

Fantastic experience in the store. I drove up from the city to buy the heart shape pancake ring, it's sold out everywhere in the city. Nicole is so kind and helpful, she found me the heart shape pancake ring before valentine's day. So I'll be able to cook some good breakfast for my wife. I wish her the best!
