I have been going to Hearing Solutions now for over 7 years updating through 2 different types of hearing aids. I can't estimate the amount of times that Michael and Carol have helped me with service and other problems with my aids. They always find time for me when I have a problem. Many have commented on the fact that they treat you like family and that is true. They are the best.

If I could give six stars to Hearing Solutions, I would with pleasure. At Hearing Solutions, you are treated as if you are the most important client. I have referred eight of my friends and they all say the same thing. There is a genuine concern for the client's satisfaction. No question goes unanswered. What is most unusual is that the relationship does not end with the purchase of hearing aids. If there is a problem, the response is one of concern and care. If someone you care about needs hearing aids, send them to Hearing Solutions. This business is unique.

Hearing Solutions of Rockland has been nothing short of a miracle for us. We came through Zip Hearing, wondering what kind of service we would receive, and Michael has gone above and beyond to be sure that everything is perfect for my husband. He has seen us every 2 weeks, allowing my husband’s ears and brain to adjust to these incredible new hearing aids (Otion), and Michael’s expertise coupled with these aids with cutting edge technology has given my husband his hearing back and given us all our lives back. What a wonderful experience my husband and I had at Hearing Solutions of Rockland. From the warm welcoming of Carol who was a delight- and who on her own also researched how she could help with my husbands insurance. Michael Ferber was courteous, friendly and highly knowledge. He put my husband at ease by explaining in detail which hearing aid would be best for him. He took a great amount of time to explain to both of us how the new hearing aid would work and showed us how to manuever the App. Both of us appreicated his patience and easy manner. I am an older person, living in Spring Valley, in the village of New Hempstead, who has bought several hearing aids in my life. Without question, the purchase made at "Hearing Solutions" was the most satisfying experience I had in buying such aids. Mike was very knowledgeable and exceedingly patient . I highly recommend this office for hearting aids. I find that the adjustments Mike made in fitting the devices to my ears and his detailed explanations made wearing such aids much easier and enjoyable.

I bought my hearing aids on line through Zip Hearing but Michael did the leg work of fitting and programing the devices. Michael is very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. Great customer experience. I am very impressed and satisfied with the entire process.I highly recommend Hearing Solutions of Rockland.

Hearing Solutions of Rockland was life changing!!!! When I walked in, I was completely deaf in my left ear. Hearing Solutions WAS MY SOLUTION!!! I no longer have to try and read lips, face certain directions, or misunderstand what people are saying!!!! They took the time to find me the right fit, to change my life!

My parents have been depending on Michael and carol at Hearing Solutions for many years. They truly go above and beyond when addressing their hearing problems . We often have to call when my mom or dad has a broken aid usually caused by rough handling. Even the smallest thing is an emergency to the elderly. They understand this and through sheer determination they find and fix the problem. To my siblings and I they are angels. Knowledgeable, accommodating, experienced and compassionate!!!
