Couldn't be happier with my stay at Hampton Inn Nanuet. Our room was very comfortable, beds were clean and sheets were fresh. Nice tv and fast internet, lovely staff. Many thanks!

Rude front desk. No luggage carts. You have to walk far because there is only a handful of parking in the front.I'm going to ask my company to black list this hotel so I don't get booked here again.

Let me first off say the customer service is great here. I had a business meeting locally and had to be there at 830. I went to the hotel first to drop off my belonging and found out my check in was much later, the employee at the front counter let me check in and drop off my stuff. Make my life much easier then having to haul around my luggage.

Very clean and great location with parking. The only issue is the walls are rather thin so you can hear your neighbors.

Rooms: Comfortable beds but the mattress moves for a restless sleeper. Sheet cover comes off easily. TV is modern and easy to operate.Breakfast is basic with egg omelets and bacon plus do it yourself waffles.There is a sister hotel behind this one that caters to pets and has a restaurant. The food was not that good. Not a positive recommendation for that.Service was fine and oddly enough when we approached the room, it was slightly ajar but it was made for us to occupy.

Convenient location to shopping and highway. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and took care of minor issues immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in need of a remodel. There’s no pantry. Had to deal with flying insects and wet smell on the aisles.Still, the hotel is on a great location, many stores and restaurants nearby, plus access to main highways.

Smells from weed in the hotel. Didn't clean my room. Low class. Not recommended at all. Ugly. Stinks. They don't clean the rooms. Ichhhh not worth for free.

Loved the hotel, location was great with good food choices in the area. Clean rooms, friendly staff and complimentary breakfast was good.

Worst stay ever! First room we were given had a ring around toilet and hairs in the shower basin. Not to mention outside the door had a ceiling tile missing and was leaking water. Told front desk and they called the housekeeping manager down to check the room. She made a big deal said she personally cleaned the room. She said not to give us a new room she would check it. She came back said the toilet has a stain on it. I can't imagine what your house looks like. (Extremely rude)They did move us to another room. The second room was cleaner but missing some very important things like TP, soap. When we asked for TP it took over an hour and we had to place a second call before they brought any. Thermostat doesn't work very well and the other guest kept slamming doors so it was a restless night. This hotel does not keep the tradition standards that Hilton hotels are known for. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay.

The hotel was VERY warm. The hallways and room temps were not comfortable at all. They are doing renovations so not sure if related to the issues. We ask for a box fan at night and was told they had none. Morning staff said they have some so annoying.Juice machine for breakfast only had 1 option. No OJ or apple juice.Not sure I would ever stay there again.

The manager, Claudia, was so friendly & helpful every single day of our stay. Even though they're renovating, everyone was nice.

Room was all right : clean and sunny. But front desk staff night shift was unpleasant rude and non welcome. What is ridicules when you pay $100 extra fee for room to be protected. They test if something can be damaged. Price is refundable but communication manner of staff is nonacceptale. When you are responsible person and guest. I hope this revew will be counted. Location is convenient who like lobster at dinner or Taco Bell service is very close to motel. Swimming pool is clean. You can swim with out cautious of infection. Disinfection can be sensed.Internet did not work properly and unsecured. What is inconvenient pretty much

Gross wall paper peeling, stains on curtains walls and doors. noisy sounds like water plunger for after anyone in hotel flushes, sounds likeWe are in an airplane awaiting take off !!would not recommend to anyone ! Only nice part of this place is the employees at the desk.

Great hotel I'm able to take my fur baby with me. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly. I recommend this hoyel. Great breakfast. Close yo shopping center.
