Unprofessional at the very best. Financing rep does not have correct information. Very slow in responding. Service department erroneously put a limit on charging ability after replacing recalled batteries. After a week of phone calls finally had to go to different dealership to have it corrected. Purchased a Cadillac XT6. Once you make the payment you are on your own. About my car registration document, I called them multiple times, left voice messages, and emailed 5 different people but no one responded. Stay away from this dealership.

Came to the dealer after dealing with their internet department that assured me the vehicle was in stock, only to arrive at my appointment and be told the vehicle is not in stock - waste of a trip and time, would be a lot easier to be honest as opposed to lure people in and waste their time...
