I visited this dealer a few times and was very interested in two different cars until Denise was so unbelievably rude and inappropriate to me. She began accusing me (about a complete misunderstanding) and spoke to me in a way I have absolutely never been spoken to especially by an employee at a place where I am trying to give them business!! I will absolutely never come here again and will never recommend. After this, I never got a call back from the salesman, who witnessed this disgusting encounter. I left in tears.

Purchased a Cadillac XT6. Once you make the payment you are on your own. About my car registration document, I called them multiple times, left voice messages, and emailed 5 different people but no one responded. Stay away from this dealership.

Absolute thieves my wife took her cadillac in for service because there radio didn't work and their was a problem with the transmission. she was told that their was an update for the radio but was charged $250 for the diagnostic which took all of 30 seconds. They also charged us $250 for the diagnostic of the transmission which also took all of 5 minutes, they further told her she needed a 90000 mile check up and for visual inspections somehow they had $270 in parts. They used to be a good dealership and reputable they no longer are they charge you for everything and the charges are rediculous we have another Cadillac dealer we use Mathew's Cadillac and they are honest Grand Prize is now nothing more than a rip off. they also gave me a price of $1600 to have the front and rear brakes done, which I had the work done for $740 I don't mind paying for good work done right however Grand Prize Cadillac does not fall into that category they are straight up thieves

My wife bought a brand new Buick Encore from Grand Prize Buick on Route 304. As soon as she picked up the car I noticed that there was a squeal in the brakes when she backed up. I went back to the dealership and was told that the squeal was only there because the brakes needed to be broken in. Needless to say, the squeal got louder and louderand then they also started to squeal when we brake going forward. The squeal has gotten so loud that we have been asked not to drop my grandson off at his pre-school parking lot, because the loud brake squeal was scaring the kids and making the parents nervous.I have spoken to many people at this dealership and they all were understanding and have sympathized with my problem; but they always add . . . I'll speak to the owner, but I don't think that he's going to help you out. It turns out that a substantial number of Buick Encores have squealing brakes and seeing my wife was a senior citizen they slipped her one of those cars and not the car she road tested. I have heard similar stories about this dealership from other retired teachers and I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this dealership unless they start treating their customers honestly.RJ

I bought my truck from Grand Price Chevrolet in Nanuet . Salesman was fair but shortly after my sale he was gone . Service is on lowest grade .My truck had electric issue and couldn't start. Truck was under warranty. They make me wait a week to tow my truck to them . They kept truck for a week . After repairs they try to charge me full amount ,on a low mileage truck with full warranty. Spare tire was new and matching rest of tires - but not after service in Grand Prise Chevrolet. I still have copies of bill and manager massages and I will add them to Facebook and Instagram accounts.

I'll make this quick. I've purchased several cars from them , the reason I'm writing this review is their commitment to customer service. Our salesman is considered a friend after all these years and anytime I have a problem( which isn't often)he works in conjunction with the service department to help me out. They really got me out of a small jam this morning and I can't thank them enough.

Came to the dealer after dealing with their internet department that assured me the vehicle was in stock, only to arrive at my appointment and be told the vehicle is not in stock - waste of a trip and time, would be a lot easier to be honest as opposed to lure people in and waste their time...

I went there for an oil change. I had a coupon emailed that the lady would not accept, even thought I got it emailed to me by Buick a few days prior. She charged me 100$ for a simple oil change and was not helpful at all. When I went to go pick up my car my check engine light was on but I had something to attend to and they are rude so I went somewhere else to get it checked. Buick had left my oil cap open and oil was spilling all over my engine which caused me to fail my NYS inspection. Do not recommend this place at all.

Grand Prize Auto of Nanuet is fantastic. Although I did not buy or lease my Chevy Traverse here, they still treat me as a valued client. I have gone here numerous times to have my car serviced and they are phenomenal. Jennifer Bishop is the Service Advisor and is the epitome of what someone in customer service should be. She is awesome. I highly recommend them for all of your car needs.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE YOU WOULD THE PLAGUE. Laughable service. They're pathetic and won't help you at all. We got Dwight as our service rep. We purchased a brand new Silverado in December from another dealership and the engine was having issues starting so we got stuck close to this Chevy dealership so had it towed in. They said they "had no more rentals" bc we didn't buy from that dealership. Sorry our car didn't get stranded which led to a dead battery closer to our dealership, our bad! We are covered under warranty and they played stupid, I felt embarrassed for them. They didn't do anything as when they checked it out it looked fine until we get stuck the next time and have to have it towed in from wherever it happens. While we were in there there for 1 hour max, there were 3 other upset & dissatisfied customers who said they ignore your calls, don't fix the issue you came in for and are just plaid rude and incompetent. One person said she didn't see results until she reported that branch to General Motors & that even the manager was a sleezeball. I hope they get the wake up call they all need or go out of business quite frankly bc they aren't useful to any customers anyways LOL.
