Sold us broken controllers that were "restored" but were still actually broken, they did this after we asked for and payed for a new controller. manager is bad.

Avoid, employees have no courtesy and are condescending. I wish I read the other reviews before wasting my time. Sad that such a big business would allow this to go on for so long. I also ended up saving so much money by going to Target instead.

Horrible customer service! My boys were excited to purchase a game they've been saving up for. We entered the store there were no customers but us, and the 2 workers were just talking to each other. We asked for the game and was directed to find it in the back. We looked and still couldn't find the game, so we asked again. We were told to wait a minute. After 10 minutes and no support we left the store and went to Walmart.

Unhelpful employees. They had a guy in front of me (on line) completely open his purchases to check for cables. Thats not my problem & shudnt stop me from purchasing. I left and bought on Amazon.

I stopped by and a sign on the door said back for lunch but no indication on the website does it have a closing time for lunches for the customer to know. I'm assuming short staffed but just unfortunate as I called saying i was on the way and it was open according to the associate I said spoke too.

They're careless and rude and their business reflects this. Opening their doors after 12 pm for business hours makes me SURE its run by some lazy people who don't like to get up in the morning. They apparently don't even like to work. They rip you off for trading games in and won't take anything older than xbox 360. Terrible business, hope they go under soon. This slow death to them is just sad

Wish I could give a worst star rating… I’ve shopped here for years between management and its workers…. I will unfortunately have to say this is the completely worst experience I’ve had.. the two men that were working completely ignored myself and wife when we were in the store.. they both not only acted like that didn’t see any of us, but walked passed to help someone else.. hilarious how when they had their previous female manager (who I thought was their best worker) they would be nice and act all friendly. I’ve been to multiple midnight releases and events at the store and they were never like that previously.. If this was their choice at new management, they need to highly reconsider it again.. I won’t be taking my service or money back here, GameStop will be losing a valuable life customer. All over a controller on which they had a whole display of behind the desk and register… ?? good job workers

They didnt have the niche item I was looking for but the girl at the counter was very helpful and even offered an alternative controller to help.

Customer service is horrible they don't treat you like a human being they hang up on when you have more questions to ask I personally will to go to the one in West Nyack over the one in nanuet, management doesn't care and they don't hire good employees it's a bad experience if you're a gamer or you have questions to be answered you're better off asking google your questions because this store just doesn't care
