I had an excellent experience at the FedEx store in Nanuet yesterday. I needed to ship a relatively large piece of art to Florida and after going to 2 differentt FedEx stores and 1 UPS store I finally received accurate information and good service. Prior to the Nanuet store I received 3 different prices which were all higher than I ultimately paid.
Amarus in the Nanuet store was extremely pleasant and helpful. I needed a large TV box and Nanuet didn't have any. Amarus offered to get them from another store but it would have taken a few days. She also suggested that I go to Home Depot which would definitely have them. 10 minutes later I was back with a box from Home Depot and 5 minutes after that I was on my way home without the artwork. A special thanks to Amarus at the FedEx store in Nanuet.

They will not laminate on the spot don’t waste your time hit UPS before close or the nearest staples.

Very pleased to report that my experience at the Nanuet FedEx Print and Ship center was top notch. J. Lee assisted me with professionalism regarding a print job that required a prompt resolve to an unforeseen issue.

Just received excellent, personalized service from Pete! We came in with a sentimental item that needed to be packed, and he found the right box and packed it for us. Totally satisfied.

Does FedEx read these reviews? Just search for how many terrible reviews there are about the manager. She is awful at her job. I’m sure there’s another path for her to take in her career but dealing with customers directly isn’t it. If she’s going to be so rude to customers, please don’t be surprised when customers respond rudely in return.
Everyone is there because they need help shipping or printing something. Why are you so rude to them and not trying to be kind or helpful?
Please promote some of the other workers there - who are fantastic - to store manager. The reviews will improve. Guaranteed.

The most expensive place on earth to send a fax. They charge you almost 3 dollars per page. I will give them 0 star if l can. Do not use their services. Buy your own copy machine

I’ve gone twice for printing or mailing and have only had really positive experiences with the very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable staff. I went on Friday morning and things had gotten busy in the hour or so I was there, but they still managed to help me with using some of the self-service tools and were patient as I worked through options for a print job. I wish I knew their names, but eventually more staff came and they were also friendly, greeting and asking if we were being helped. Thank you!

Terrible service, a girl helped me, I asked her 2 things and she was already irritated, she answered me badly, she treated me contemptuously but since I needed to make my shipment I had to put up with her bad mood
