Hi Honda of Nanuet,
I bought a used 2020 Toyota RAV4 in HONDA of Nanuet Dealer shop (08/17/2024).
1 week later (08/23/2024), I went to the local Toyota dealer for an oil change and I requested an inspection.
And they gave me an almost $4000 bill for repairing serious safety issues.
I went to the HONDA of Nanuet again and explained everything but they said "We don’t have a loaner car. So you should come after the reservation for your loaner car.”
So, I have to come back because I need a car for the commute…
Every day my family got scared because the loud noise came from the underbody…

My service at Honda of Nanuet with Nelson Jimenez was top-tier. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was open and honest, which I appreciate. He kept checking in and updating me on every step of the way. He represented what a dealership should and that is not just selling you just anything but taking the time to learn your preference and value you as a customer. Thank you!

It’s like they hold you vehicle hostage. Impossible to reach and so ridiculously unprofessional! They don’t have agents let you know the status of your vehicle until moments before they leave their shift, so you are left without a contact and without your car unnecessarily! I don’t know why I went back, but I am done with them now!! Do not recommend!! They also lost my vehicle last time! And still have the wrong information in their communication systems no matter how many times I reiterate the correct information. So beyond unprofessional and unpleasant!

I have been a loyal customer at Honda of Nanuet since I started to drive at the age of 16 (I am 27 now).
Nelson Jimenez is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and kind. He has made my experience of leasing a new car less daunting and more exciting! I am eager to come back every time because everyone is receptive and approachable. They listen to concerns and work with you on your needs and wants. I am also looking forward to going back for car maintenance. My service coordinator Joe is just like Nelson! Very trustworthy.
10/10 recommend Honda of Nanuet always. I’m thankful my mom brought me here when I was 16!

Purchasing the vehicle after online research was a straightforward experience. No issues. However they did not have the parts in stock for the spare key and I was told it could be ready when I picked up my license plates. When I returned later in the month, the parts department had closed before the rest of the dealership so I was told to come back another time. I returned again and was bounced around from sales to service to parts and, ultimately, the part was still not in stock and had never been ordered since the initial vehicle purchase (over a month prior). As of now, they ordered the part and told me to come back tomorrow. The lesson here is to call ahead and confirm everything rather than trust their timelines.

My experience with Honda of Nanuet was very smooth and courteous! Upon arrival, I met with Nelson Jimenez (Honda Automotive Consultant) who guided me through the process on how to buy out my lease. Based on the current market and its interest rates, I was a bit concerned with the monthly payments when financing the buy out. Nelson demonstrated his patience, consideration and dedication in ensuring that my needs were met. I would like to stress the fact that Nelson is very personable and easy to speak with. I highly recommend you make a visit and consult your needs with him! I do not usually write Google reviews, but I hope your experience is as pleasurable as mine was. Thank you, Christine for making the appointment with Nelson and pointing me in the right direction! I am also grateful to Frank Acosta (Finance Manager) for his time and efforts in allowing the best possible rate! In addition, I'd like to ask upper management to recognize Nelson Jimenez and Frank Acosta for their dedication and determination in the business.

Recently purchased 2025 Honda Pilot from DCH Nanuet. Sales mgr: Dhimitry Robo was exceptional great service, smooth transaction, he went above and beyond to get color and trim which we wanted. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. They told me I needed way more work done than I actually did just so they could charge me an exorbitant amount. My car is under warranty but somehow everything they said was wrong fell outside the warranty. Went to a different mechanic who fixed the real problem in 2 seconds

I’ll start by saying that I dread car shopping…
However, Henry Ruballos at DCH Honda of Nanuet made it a smooth, stress free experience. He’s knowledgeable, patient, informative and was available to answer all of my many questions .. He was responsive to my phone calls and made me feel at ease with the entire process. I highly recommend Henry Ruballos at this dealership.
