Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I bought glasses for my dad, I paid almost 300 dollars in total to this store, six months ago the lens of the glasses cracked inside, it is not broken (see photo), today after two years I wanted to return to the store so that They will check why this would have happened and if they could offer me a guarantee, the person who helped me was rude and said that I should just buy another pair 😒, they didn't even bother to see if it only needed cleaning. My father uses his glasses for reading and watch television, he is over 70 years old so it is very unlikely that his glasses have been poorly cared for.

3.5: I'm a fan of Costco in general over some of the other wholesale places like BJs. This one is decent. Not everything that you buy is cheaper at Costco but if you're looking for bulk items, the price is usually pretty good. Just do a little research first, if money is an object. They have electronics, jewelry, auto, household goods, perishable foods, clothing, snacks, cleaning products, appliances, a butcher, seafood, pharmacy, food court and more. Food court can get busy too; many come for the hot dog deal. This one also has a gas station. They have some organic produce and other foods but wish they had more. This place gets packed around snowstorms, holidays and special events so it's not much fun especially with the big carts and rude patrons at times. Not all staff is friendly. Walk around and you'll likely encounter samples to try. They also have a generous return policy.

Staff is incredibly rude. I gave them 3 chances on 3 different occasions thinking it was just bad luck and in every single occasion the staff did not give me the time of day. WILL NOT COME BACK!!! probably will go to werbi parker and get nicer stuff for cheaper. DEF not to costco standards

Staff is always friendly and doctor is sincere and super knowledgeable! Definitely recommend going here for contacts/glasses (plenty of frame options as well!)
