I want to give kudos to Joseph DeMarsico. He helped me this morning with a situation and was very thorough and even followed up with information to give me as I was waiting on line for the cashier. I've always had good experiences with this branch beginning with Lisa Levy and Anu Wijedoru.

An absolute disgrace.
Terrible attitude and no cooperation from the teller. I admit it is my first time in this branch, I have been banking with chase in Orangeburg, NY and Greenwood Lake, NY branches and they are fantastic.
But here was a joke. I own a business and signed myself a check in their premises. I forgot to stop by my regular branch, I am depositing the check to my other business account with the same chase bank. They will not allow me to show my id to proof my identity because the way the debit card is written differently from the way I fill out my name in the check, I said I filled out the check can I add my name or the business name and she said that it was altering the check, which I replied that I was the one that filled it out and I owned the business. I didn’t want to go back to get another one. She said then withdraw it, I explained that I am doing a MBE certification for the city and state and that I wanted to keep all documents the same. End of the story I deposited the check in there through my app which I should have done from the beginning. Since I know it’s stupid enough to have to wait sometimes over a week for your own money to go from 1 account to another account in the same bank, I needed to cover bills due immediately.
Very sad and wasteful experience. I hope it’s useful to the readers here, and you think twice before banking here.

Top teir service! I cash my pay cheques at this location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Wait time to be serviced by a teller is never more than 10mins.

I like this branch cuz they have the option to take out foreign currency like Canadian dollars Euro and English pounds and they have good service as well

This chase bank is a nice small branch with a covered ATM out front. The staff is helpful and polite. Each time I come in here I enjoy my transaction and I've never had a problem here.

Smith street location in Nanuet. Thank you to John Gjokaj and Max (I think that was his name) for helping me out today. After being on hold forever with customer support we were able to get our issue resolved. Thanks gentlemen!
