“An amazon truck hit my vehicle which was parked in my drive way. I was recommended NPAC from from a good friend who I've done business with in the past. I went to NPAC and right away they knew what needed to be done. They were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the repair. The damage was to the front all the way to the front left side of my vehicle.I been using my vehicle for over a month now and I been going all over the place and its been great not a single problem. It's working like it suppose to.A matter a fact I'm going back to get some accessories install on my vehicle to make it look different.The owner and his son and the employees are good people from what I experience. “During a heavy rain storm on Saturday a large object struck my windshield while driving. There was a mark on the windshield at the point of contact, but the rain made visibility poor. I decided to drive straight to the nanuet office to check the damage. It was 4pm and they close at 5pm. They were busy. I created a claim and the manager allowed me to be seen before close, instead of returning on Monday for the next available appointment. He was courteous and professional. His team determined that there was no damage to the windshield. They put customer's first at this location.”
