The older women that work at this location are not very nice - especially to Nanuet Shoppes employees at the surrounding stores. I was ignored and given the cold shoulder by the cashier when buying some candles today.

It was five minutes before closing, and they couldn’t even let me in to grab some thing really quick that I needed.The workers in here just seem to be inconsiderate and unthoughtful. I’ll probably be spending more time at the New Jersey locations now. Really a bummer since I come around this area often because I love the stores in this mall.

I love this store probably a little too much, which is why I only come to this store these last couple years, once or twice a year now. Only downfall I'm totally unsure as to what the reasoning for this really is but this location happens to close really early all the time oddly enough sooner than many of the other stores in the area, even stores that are within the Nanuet Mall itself too, this store seems to always close much earlier than most others in the surrounding area. I also noticed that it's not only this specific Bath & Body Works location that closes as early as this one does, it seems to be the other one, in the other mall in West Nyack, NY, that one too also seems to close very early now, even earlier than the other stores inside the mall do there as well, in West Nyack, NY at the Palisades Mall. Most all other stores, with the exception of Target which, Burlington & The Movie Theater, maybe 1 or 2 others i missed, along with the restaurants here, most Sunday store hours are closing times appearing to be for 8:00pm on Sunday, where as Bath & Body Works in West Nyack NY at this same mall, the Palisades Mall, it closes an hour earlier than the other stores around it do, closing at 7:00pm on a Sunday, yet all other days, the hours are just about the same open to close times as this Bath & Body Works location I visited this evening, in Nanuet NY, yet this location seemed to close even earlier than the other one, closing around me at 6:00pm instead of ay 7:00pm, like it's sister store a couple of towns over in the other mall, also in the county. This has been going on, that this locations been closing earlier than most other stores around it I'd say ever since Covid-19 shutdowns, when this location reopened, alot like many other stores they had very limited hours, they opened later in the day & closed earlier in the evenings, it just seems this location never came back off restricted Covid-19 hours for some reason. If I'd change 1 thing about this store it would be later hours it's opened till at night, other than that I wouldn't change a thing about this location ever, this is one of the nicest Bath & Body Works locations I've ever visited to date! The employees, for the most part all but 1 time, make all their customers always feel welcome in their store & never seem to be rushing their customers out the door at night, even if they're closed or about to close, they all seem to be very patient, helpful & sweet at this location, as I said all but one time did I ever have any issues with a single employee in this location, which I reported that issue immediately upon walking outta the store that specific day I had an issue with the woman behind the counter that seemed to be taking it out on me when I got to the register that day. truly a must see especially if you wanna have the best of the best shopping experiences you could have at any of the Bath & Body Works locations in the area, this is the one to visit, BELIEVEEEEE MEEEEE!!!!!! A+++++++++++ RATINGS ALL THE WAY AROUND FOR THIS STORE, HANDSSS DOWNNNN, THE BEST OF THE BEST STORES OUT THERE TO DATE!!!!

Went here yesterday to look around after discovering it right across the street where my parents were getting glasses at cohens, so in i went! I usually shop online at the website, so going in there was a treat! Store was very organized, and there were plenty of people to help you find something should you want a particular scent. I looked around, found the body wash that i use "Hello Beautiful." I also used the try me body lotion of Sweat Pea, and i loved the smell of it! I looked into it online, but it is helpful to know what it smells like before you purchase it. i also tried the Japanese Cherry Blossom perfume mist and liked it! i purchased it as a spring scent to use. I also purchased 2 new wallflowers, champagn toast, and pineapple sunrise. I use the wallflowers at home, and find it cool to use more spring scents to celebrate the season. Finally, i looked at the candles. i like Black Cherry Merlot, but ultimately decided on an Ocean scented candle. They have a bunch of sales like 2 single wick candles for 22, buy 3, get one free body wash- all which is also available online as well. Went up to the cash register and paid with cash. Also supposedly signed up for emails but i already get emails all the time from bath and body works! Overall had a good experience here and most likely will be back!
