The store is very organized and there are plenty of people, helpful and sweet store associates, ready to help customers find a particular scent or put together the perfect gift. Customers can try scents like Sweet Pea lotion or Japanese Cherry Blossom perfume mist before purchasing. The location runs a bunch of sales, such as offers on single wick candles and body wash. A common note from customers is that this location, and a sister store in the area, close earlier than many other stores in the surrounding area, even others within the same malls. This has been observed since the Covid-19 shutdowns, with hours seeming to remain restricted compared to others. If customers could change one thing, it would be for later hours open till at night. Other than that, many would not change a thing, calling it one of the nicest Bath & Body Works locations visited to date. The employees, for the most part, make customers feel welcome and never seem to be rushing them out the door, even near closing. It is described as a must-see for the best shopping experience in the area, with an A+ rating all the way around, truly the best of the best stores. Overall, customers have a good experience and most likely will be back.
