They had their mechanic who worked on my car call me twice to update me on my repair. “Slow and very incompetent service. Went to get my NY state inspection done and the mechanic took off two tires and later put them on but lost the plastic covers of the tire screws. Volvo XC 90. He admitted he broke them and stated he ordered them for me at no cost. Had to go back again after 4 days after calling the front desk guy who said it was ok for me to go there and the covers were in but didn’t think of taking it from his manager . Got there again and the guy can’t find them and manager is very conveniently not available to give it to him. So easy for all involved to waste my time and had no concern for the fact that they are the ones who broke them in the first place. Not a very competent way of operating a business. No apologies no shame no guilt for wasting my time.”
