“Kelvin F helped me with my headlight bulb after I thought I had bought the wrong bulb at the Suffern location. Kelvin came out to my car to insure which bulb I actually needed and changed it for me. Very helpful and made my visit a lot less stressful than I anticipated.”
“An amazon truck hit my vehicle which was parked in my drive way. I was recommended NPAC from from a good friend who I've done business with in the past. I went to NPAC and right away they knew what needed to be done. They were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the repair. The damage was to the front all the way to the front left side of my vehicle.I been using my vehicle for over a month now and I been going all over the place and its been great not a single problem. It's working like it suppose to.A matter a fact I'm going back to get some accessories install on my vehicle to make it look different.The owner and his son and the employees are good people from what I experience. The whole transition was smooth and on top of that the owner was keeping me posted of what phase they were in and was available when I called him if I had any questions.I know its hard to find a good shop in NY, and NPAC is a great auto shop I will be recommending them to friends and family.Services: Body & Trim”
