I try not to leave bad reviews but this place is just horrible!!!! I read google reviews before I get any type of service done whether it is getting a mani/pedi done or simply just going out to eat, this time I didn’t check the reviews because I was in a rush and just googled the closest nail salon to me and Sunny Nail Spa came up. Boy was it a big mistake!!! The woman who did my nails(I believe her name is Nancy) kept pushing back my nails way too hard with her tool and it obviously hurt and she kept doing it on each nail I was upset but I just let her continue her work hoping the end results will be worth it somehow-that was the first red flag. I told her I wanted square shape she gave me huge chunky square nails instead! One part of my nails seemed shiny while the other part of my nails looked dull (I’m not sure if there wasn’t enough top coat or what) she kept appying top coat to make the nail polish shinier but it just wasn’t working. I told her can you please fix this she called some man over or he came over himself I don’t remember exactly. I told the gentlemen I don’t like my nails and she got really upset with me. I am home now and my nails are so heavy and they actually hurt a lot. Now I have to get them fixed elsewhere of the horrible job she did. I’m so so upset I went somewhere without reading the reviews. Let my mistake be a lesson for whoever is reading this.

Unless you’re going to Maria or Rosa, expect to have subpar service. I came in recently to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The spa pedicure was wonderful and the woman doing it took her time. Unfortunately I didn’t relax while I was getting my pedicure because my manicure was awful.
I showed the woman (Sun Lang Mei is the name of the woman. I only know bc I looked at her license on the wall) what I wanted she said it was no problem. Clearly it was an issue because she kept looking at the reference photo and then my nails and had no idea where to start. I suggested 2 layers of the lighter color as a base and the darker purple on top to give the marble effect but she ended up doing one thin patchy base layer and then add the purple on top.
She said it was going to be a $20 up charge because it was more work (a regular gel is $28. She didn’t even remove my old polish off my nails as seen in the photos) but again all I got was one thin uneven base layer and two small pats of the darker color. I tried to say I was unhappy but she just kept saying “so cute” or “so pretty”. I was in her chair maybe 35 minutes and 10 of that was her trying to figure out how to do my nails.
When it was time to pay the gentleman (not sure he is the other owner or the woman who did my nails is the owner) got offended when I voiced my issues.
I’ve had mixed experiences here but this is the final mail in the coffin for me not to come back.
Requested style: Don’t ask for designs. They will upcharge you for less than decent work

Where are the good salons? I had pedi and a fill.
For the pedi, they use a small amount of nail polish as possible. When I complained, they added a third coat of polish. The fill is horrible... my nails are lumpy. Attention to detail is so not there.

Terrible customer service, don’t value their customers.One girl started then passed me on to someone else without saying a word. When I asked for a napkin once in English and again in Spanish because the back of my knee was wet with exfoliator rubbing against the chair I was ignored both times. I had to wipe it with my own pants. When I paid, tipped and said thank you while preparing to leave I was ignored again as if I didn’t exist.Service: Pedicure

Consistent in providing excellent service.....Michael does excellent work with UV Gel and acrylic nails. The entire staff is always welcoming and professional.

After trying two different nail salons, these guys were able to accommodate my walk-in. I recommend calling anywhere first especially when trying to get in on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and accommodating!If I am in the area again and need some nail salon services, I will definitely check availability here first.Services: Manicure
