The owner Kumar and worker Adam are rude, the fridge/cooler is always broken so they often sell warm drinks, customer service is non existent. The worker Adam used nasty foul language and refused me sale when attempting to address a bad business practice.

I get it. Working in a C-Store must be a drag of the first magnitude but why are you taking it out on me... I just asked a question. In the hierarchy of things I'm sure you were hoping to get that second interview at WaWa or at least a consolation gig at QuickChek but the universe can be a cruel master. For you, It's snake eyes at 7-11. Never mind, I found the stirrers, you can go back to sleep now. Night Night. One indifferent star.

Just left there. Mike the owner is awesome. I'm in and out quick. I save money by getting my ice coffee there instead of Dunkin Donuts. I go there every day.

The customer service is horrible and depending on the agent; they will refuse to honor the deals that they have posted on the wall. Moreoever, there is no quality control so, machines area often out of order or not even filled with the drink advertised. Additionally, the food is not fresh and contaminated with bacteria, because, I got severe food poisoning from eating one of their hot food. There doesn't seem to be any form of cleanliness in this place, where the food be hard and old while the counters can be messy and dirty. The coffee tastes very burnt, like they don't change the coffee often, and it's just the same old coffee for days. I cannot recommend going there, unless you know your getting a really good deal on something fresh and since the food tends to look and feel old, than it's most likely, even at the cheapest price; you have to be cautious if you buy anything there. I find it's better to get the prepackaged sealed foods than the baked goods or hot items since those foods are left out all day and there is no way to tell if the customer associate was wearing gloves when, they handled the items, so you have no idea what your exposing your body to, in this place.

Wow this store need to close Indian guy young he never wanted to give his name that’s y he wear no name tag an by law they should be wear name tag they breaking so many laws hereguy he has no manner attitude stinks like rotten. Dog let’s file a petition a mean I don’t want no one pose there job but I guess with there attitude they don’t care so let’s hurt there pockets an see if they care now cause it’s clear they don’t care about feelings

I go to this 7-11 every morning. Store is clean coffee is hot and fresh. The staff are all awesome. The other snacks and food are great too. If I see something out of order or in need I say something and it is fixed immediately. They really care.

Guy working tonight is rude and giving me a hard time when checking out. Don’t ask for anything behind the counter because apparently it’s a problem. I did not make my purchase and will not be returning. I was a daily customer but that ends today.I would happy to provide more information if you can tell me how to get in contact with you

Last time I'm ever shopping at this 7-Eleven again. So you're to tell me that I can't get a quick exchange/refund for something I just bought UNOPENED 10 SECONDS AGO? Every other 7-Eleven would do the same thing, yet this rude clerk wouldn't do it because he didn't know how. And to add insult to injury, he rudely cast the blame on me for making a last minute change of mind? How about if the manager does the right thing and fires you from the store and replaces you with someone who knows how to do something as simple as punch numbers on the register?
