“On Friday, my car would not start. I do a great deal of driving and really rely on my vehicle. I went to the Larchmont Enterprise Dealership and met Senior Car Sales Consultant Carol Wagner. I need you to know I am not easily persuaded. Therefore, I walked in expecting to be disappointed. This was not the case! From beginning to end, Carol was very hospitable. She took great interest in my needs. She was not pushy at all. I told Carol that I wanted a reliable car with very low mileage. This car exceeded my expectations!!! “I review very little but felt compelled to write this immediately after returning home from my service appointment today.
Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”
