My first time shipping with the Mailbox Parcel & shipping was a comfortable experience, all of my items ordered were in my package which is a A+ for me and the communication was really good. I would recommend them to anyone looking to ship items.

Worst company ever. I’d give it a 0 if I could. 3 times my packages have gone missing that I shipped with them. They don’t even give receipts. Better off going directly to the post office. Save your money and your time.

I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. My experience with this company has been nothing but atrocious and disgusting. After months of waiting my boxes have not arrived in Trinidad and they cannot be accounted for by the shippers. Extremely unprofessional!NO CODE OF ETHICS!!!!

This company is horrible there not respectful and do not care about nun but the money i shipped a barrel andit hasnt been delivered to the destination and they ignore my calls dont wanna tell me anything so this is a big scam i have merchandise more den 3,000 dollers in the barrell and my people havent got anything

Don’t use this company they are scams they don’t communicate with you about anything none of my barrels arrived to date it’s been over 8 weeks I tried to support black businesses and this is perfect example why people don’t or question it It’s not ok

I ship my barrel to ?? since the starting of June with this company up to not my barrel can't reach Trinidad all I am getting is a round around I will never use this company again I think it's a fraud company please people be carefull my barrel just disappear with no accounable

I had schedule a pickup which was confirmed from 1-3 pm. They never showed up and never reached out to me. The owner mentioned several times via the dispatcher. That he would call me, but never did. I would use this company with caution as the communication via phone or email is poor. Let the shipper beware.

The Mail Box Parcel & Shipping is a wonderful service to use when shipping to the Caribbean. My mother first use them to ship some furniture back to Jamaica and when i wanted to ship my washing machine she recommended them. I was very happy with their service and they have great agents here in JA that was very informative. I would use them again any day.

I have sent various items home using this company. Their prices are great and customer service is better compared to others. My items arrived within the time suggested by the company. When shipping I will always use them because of the professionalism they have shown me over the years.
