This place really cares about their customers. The tow truck operators, Julio and Rich were very helpful to me when they had to come get my car after it spontaneously caught on fire. Then Mr. Chin and Ms. Pearl in the office were so helpful and kind to me. Mr. Chin is a wealth of knowledge in the insurance process and the industry period and Ms. Pearl was very helpful and communicative with me. Even workers who weren’t working directly with me wished me well and offered help (thanks Rob). If I ever need anything car related, I will definitely come back to Star Auto body! Thank you to everyone at Star Autobody!!

Just want to express my great experience with star auto body. I brought my Mercedes here after having an oil panel and engine damage. They helped and guided me every step of the way. When I got my car back I had no issues with the car and was offered a complimentary oil change for when it was needed. Everyone was extremely nice, they answered all my calls and questions. I definitely recommend bringing your car here!

Best auto body shop in the business, my car was totalled they showed up did there thing, took my car to the shop, they called my insurance, called me and assisted me soo much. Chin was on top of everything, they walked me through the process...I was treated like a princess. Thanks to Rob for the kool gift and to both Rob and Chin for there professionalism, TOP TIER SERVICE...This is now MY AUTOBODY SHOP.....THANKS GUYS

I was referred to Star by High Tech Auto, another excellent body-shop. As it turns out, my issue stemmed from me not reading my owner's manual thoroughly! Rob Jr. addressed the issue quickly...and without making me like an idiot...which was a bonus. Didn't even charge me for his time. I'll be taking my car to Star Auto for any mechanical repairs going forward. This is quality customer service. Other businesses should take note. Thanks Rob Jr. and Chin.

I brought my truck to star auto body for a full restoration and some customization recently and they blew it out of the park. This one tech they have working stripped the complete car down restoring the frame, welded on a custom kit I purchased, replaced all the rusted rotted out floors and body panels, repainted the interior and exterior to match an seeming had no issue finishing it with in a few months. Star Auto body is an amazing auto body shop with customer service like I have never seen before. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted politely and helped right away. Rob, and Chin were absolutely amazing in helping me with my car that had been hit and made me feel like family. I was called very often by them with an updated status on my repairs and given multiple options on how I would like to repair my car. Let's just say they are called Star auto body for a reason because they made my car brand new again and I am forever grateful ??! Thank you to everyone at Star Auto body for your patience, kindness, hard work and exceptional customer service!

I went to Star Auto in Mount Vernon for car body repair and painting. Rob was very professional, explained what was involved, and kept me well updated on the repair status as I had to schedule a rental car in parallel during the repair work.When it was time to pick up my car, he stayed past closing time to accommodate my busy schedule and make sure I was able to get the car home.
