I was given the opportunity to complete my CDA as one of the perks offered to employees, which has enabled me to advance my career as a toddler teacher. The bond that I have made with my coworkers is amazing. We all work together to help and support each other. It truly feels like we’re a family. Overall, my experience working here has been fantastic!”

“Morningside Playcare has been such a wonderful experience for both my son (age 4) and our family! Their staff is so experienced and truly cares about each and every child. They honor their school's philosophy but also respect your choices. They understand what it takes for children to thrive and provide amazing parent/children check in points! The most thorough we've ever had! We wish we could stay with them forever!”
“My family enjoyed our years at Purple Circle. An amazingly nurturing environment and very community minded. Elaine and Laurie are so very passionate about our children”
“Red Owl, where my 4-year-old attends, is truly exceptional. The dedicated teachers and staff create an enriching environment that fosters both learning and genuine care. Their commitment to nurturing young minds goes beyond the ordinary, making it a place where my child not only learns but also flourishes. I am consistently impressed by the creativity, patience, and passion exhibited by the team at Red Owl, making it a truly remarkable center for early childhood education.”
“Our 5 year old son has practically been raised since birth by the amazing team at KC. When he started at just 9 weeks old, Miss Janet hugged me and reassured me that my baby would be so loved in their care. Since then, Miss Janet not only took care of our son as though he were her own, but also took the same loving care of our second born son 3 years later. As our oldest now prepares to graduate and move on to elementary school this year, I know that he has the tools and ability to take on anything that comes his way and friendships that will last a lifetime. Some of the other amazing caregivers who have been by our side on this 5 year journey are specifically Miss Ashley, Miss Navi, Miss Alicia, and Miss Tania. Look no further than OTKC when searching for top notch care.”
“We love Prospect Academy very much and are so grateful to have the opportunity to have our son attend this school! The amount of attention and responsiveness given to meet the unique needs of every family at PA is completely unparalleled to any other school I have ever come across. The school provides kids with a fully bulingual environment full of daily creative educational experiences that address every aspect of the child's well-being and are planned and executed by knowledgeable and caring professionals. I truly brag about our school to everyone I meet! We spend 15 hours weekly on our commute to Prospect Academy from CT and feel this is totally worth the peace of mind of knowing that our child is in a safe, loving, and educationally stimulating environment every single day!”

200 Old Tarrytown Rd, White Plains“My 3 children just spent their first summer at Mohawk Day Camp and they can’t wait to go back next summer. Sending them there was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I’ve made as a parent. After my 10-year-old daughter’s challenging school year dealing with bullies, she made so many new friends at camp that she adored and felt comfortable trying new things with (rock wall climbing, the flying squirrel, and the high ropes course just to name a few). Her self-confidence skyrocketed and she can’t wait to add on the 1-week sleep-away option that’s offered by the camp next summer so she can go away with all of her new camp friends. She also loved the ability to build her own weekly schedule by selecting activities that she was the most interested in for her choice and elective periods. It definitely made her feel more independent and “like an adult” as she says, being able to spend more time doing the activities that she loves. My 6-year-old son who had no interest in sports prior to camp found his love for tennis (which we never would have thought of trying on our own) and he was so excited to work towards reaching new swimming levels. He would come home grinning from ear-to-ear each time he received his light-up card showing that he moved up. My son can also be very emotional at times and Amanda was a miracle worker. She found the best ways to help my son regulate how he was feeling and keep the fun going. My 3-year-old daughter began camp with a speech delay and ended camp talking non-stop despite her lapse in services over the summer. She came home singing so many cute songs (she’s still singing the watermelon song on a daily basis), and was so excited to tell me about what she did at camp that it definitely motivated her to try harder to formulate full sentences. And I know that my youngest is very strong-willed and can be very stubborn at times but her counselors were so patient with her all summer long. Not only was I receiving daily pics via the Mohawk App, but Valerin always made sure to communicate how my daughter’s day went which made me feel much more comfortable with her being there for full days at such a young age. Valerin also never gave up when my daughter refused instructional swim and would only participate during recreational (she was so used to just playing in pools prior to camp and definitely put up a fight at first). Valerin had the whole group cheering my daughter on and getting her excited to practice different swimming skills. The day she received her first moving up card, I actually found her hugging it in her sleep after she went to bed which was the cutest thing. She was so proud of herself.
Bottom line, if you want the absolute best summer experience for your child then send them to Mohawk! Between the endless daily activities, the awesome special events, and the phenomenal staff, your kids will have the time of their life! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to send my kids there this summer and they all can't wait to go back.”

222 Bloomingdale Rd Suite 108, White Plains“The staff is attentive and caring. The activities are fun but have an educational or developmental purpose. My daughter loves her days there and that smile is all I need to know it’s a great place for her :)”
“It is a nice place , you find a lot of things to do if you become a member , after school classes are complementary and you have to pay for them . Really great service and high security . It’s got outdoor pools and indoor as well . Basketball court , tennis court , and gym . Just to name some amenities. Parking is big but in rush hours is sometimes is hard to find an spot or way far from the entrance . Overall really nice place”
“My daughter started this school last year and I have nothing but great things to say. They are caring, responsible, and just such amazing people. Miss Christa’s class is just the best She is the kind of teacher that you want for your kids, Someone that you can see and feel That really cares for the children and you can see it through their growth. My daughter has learned so much. She is just three years old and Sometimes I’m amazed myself with the things that she learns at school. She loves to school so much that some weekends she begs to go back to school. They have a schedule calendar every month with activities and fun things to do. They keep you updated throughout the day about what your child is doing, which is great and it gives you a really good peace of mind. overall just a nice place for the kids to be the area is really quiet and safe. The playground is very spacious which I think it’s a great thing so the kids can run around safely. Would 100% recommend this school.”

39 Trenton Ave, White Plains“My two sons attended daycare here for two years, even through the height of the pandemic. They stayed open and followed all the safety protocols, which was such a comfort in a hectic time. Ms. Hope was always so loving and caring with our two boys. They were always happy to come and happy at pick-up time.”
“I cannot speak highly enough about Palisades Preschool (“PPS”)! My 6 year old son graduated from PPS last year and it’s become even more evident now, after having him in public school this year, how incredibly exceptional PPS is!Palisades Preschool is a warm and nurturing environment; the teachers are creative and patient, and the curriculum is highly effective (we enrolled our son in Kumon at the beginning of kindergarten and he tested at a first grade level on day 1)!Staff turnover is non-existent, which means the staff loves PPS and each other as much as they love the students. This brought so much comfort to me, knowing I could rely on their long standing reputation as well as consistency from day to day.PPS has always been so accommodating - whenever I have a question or need something, they are responsive and go above and beyond to be helpful. We never feel like we’re just a number - quite the opposite actually…we feel like we’re part of the PPS family!I forgot to mention, that my son who is thriving socially, academically and emotionally, was not speaking when he started at PPS and even qualified for early intervention. He never ended up receiving early intervention therapy from the state due to COVID lockdown, but he went on to speak by the time he was 2.5 years old and thrive in all aspects of school - thanks to his incredible teachers in the toddler room (and all throughout his time there).I wholeheartedly believe that the solid foundation my son built at PPS set him up for a bright academic future! Naturally, we cannot wait for our youngest to start school next month in the toddler room!Look no further than Palisades Preschool - truly, nothing can compare! ❤️”
“Thurnauer is an excellent school for studying music. They offer courses in many different instruments to all levels. The school is located within the JCC, and everyone is welcome regardless of faith. I love the community of students, their families, faculty, and staff. I also love that students have many opportunities to perform. This is a great school for beginners, especially if you are considering a career in music. Thurnauer is also a great school for advanced musicians who want to take their technique to the next level. 5 stars!”

1133 Westchester Ave, White Plains“We started our son at Children’s Corner on Westchester Ave when he was 6 months old. After considering several child care options, we quickly felt we made the correct choice with how great the infant teachers were. Miss Anastasia and Nancy remained his favorite teachers even as he progressed out of the infant room. Aliya'h and Cookie run the center and are great with communication. We had to relocate our son to a different center due to a move, but we kept him enrolled at a different Children’s Corner location due to the positive experience at Westchester Ave. As good of a total value as you’ll find in the area.”
7AM - 6PM
775 Columbus Ave d, New York“We did roaming from our original center to the Columbus Square location and it was great! Super supportive and informative, both of our kids had a blast and kept talking about the new friends they met in "the big city". The guides did their best to make our kids feel like home! In one instance, my son asked to know what time we're going to pick him up and the guide called us so she could give him the most accurate response, this warmed my heart.”

2495 Broadway, New York“We've had two kids go through the UWS Goddard School, each from approximately 6 months of age. We've had a great experience with the school and have recommended it to friends. A few points stand out:1. The teachers. They really care and build wonderful bonds with the kids. The teachers are the heroes here. They are the lifeblood of the place and we are grateful for all that they do.2. Safety. A safe environment was our top priority when selecting a school when our kids were infants. We have always felt the kids are safe and well looked after.3. Engagement/learning. From the little ones learning colors and shapes to the bigger (pre-K) kids doing letters, simple math, various art projects, and music classes, we've always felt our kids are being stimulated and challenged in an age appropriate and fun way. The older kids do optional piano, which is rewarding.4. Convenience. Dropoff at 8am, pickup by 6pm, all year round with very few planned closures. Long days for the kids but it's essential for us: two working parents with next to no additional support.5. Facilities/location. The classrooms are bright and well equipped. There's a large outdoor terrace space at the Broadway location. It's a block from Riverside Park.6. "Exmissions". We had no idea this was a thing when we started Goddard but the administrators were very helpful throughout the kindergarten application process with helpful insight for private and public school programs.7. Communication. The school uses an app to provide numerous updates, videos and photos throughout the day...though the 10,000+ photos over the years has pushed my cloud storage to the next $ tier!8. Community. We believe our oldest kid has made lifelong friends through Goddard (our youngest will no doubt do likewise in due course). It's a small community but one that is extremely enjoyable to be part of.”

87 County Rd, Tenafly“My son has been here for over a year, and we are so in love with TLE!As newly arrived family in the US, I really worried about my son's language barrier because he couldn't speak English at that time. So transition time was tough for us for the first 2 weeks, but all staffs and teachers were so friendly and welcoming so he could easily make himself comfortable. And now my son loves his school so much and always complain me why I'm so early to pick him up.I love to see him learning a lot from different programs and projects, and love his classmate so much. They're all so adorable and get along well with my son.if anyone from outside of the US, and hesitate to choose local preschool, I would strongly recommend TLE Tenafly is one of the best option you can get!”

12 E 79th St, New York“We roamed to this center in April 2023 from our original location. My 3yo son attended this school for a week. It's great to know that you can leave your kids in a safe place while traveling, and I love that we can use any of the GPM centers around the world. Everyone was very supportive while my son was there, he enjoyed a lot of extracurricular activities and playing in Central Park. When we traveled to NYC again in October 2023, he really wanted to go back to this location however we had to choose a different one because this location doesn't have a Nido program and we needed care for my daughter as well.”

109 Corporate Park Dr, White Plains“Our child loves it here. He's been there through infant, toddler, and preschool. The teachers are incredibly caring, the learning opportunities and physical activities are really top notch, and his social development has been amazing to watch. I think they're really helped foster a level of caring and kindness amongst the children.”

252-20 Northern Blvd #1a, Queens“Exceptional preschool! My daughter was born during the pandemic and my husband and took care of her while working from home. We did not put her in a daycare, and we had no clue about the 3K program until just before the deadline for applications in 2023. I called this school for a tour and the director and staff patiently addressed all our questions and welcomed our then 3yo and 2yo for a tour. We hoped and prayed our 3yo would get into the 3k program in Fall 2023 and thankfully, she did.
Throughout the year, my daughter’s teachers showed genuine love and care towards her. I never felt like they were there just because it was their job, but I always felt like they truly cared about her. They found ways to always connect with her and with us. This was her first ever school year, her first time to be ever away from home daily under the care of people aside from myself and my husband, and she always felt at home. I never had to worry if she was in good hands because I always felt at ease with the teachers.
The director, assistant director and other staff also knew my daughter by name. They too showed genuine concern for her well-being, and I just couldn’t imagine choosing another school for my girl.
Looking forward to having both my kids in KA Little Neck in Fall 2024!”
“Our son began at Primrose just over a year ago in the infant classroom. We have been nothing short of impressed from Day 1. Every morning when you arrive the entire team is welcoming and eager to greet on a first name basis for the whole family. The teachers are incredibly caring and attentive. They listen to developmental goals and work with students to help achieve those goals. Our child has grown with Primrose from infant to toddler and is about to make his way into early preschool. We have been very happy how the daily classroom structures and curriculum have grown with him to continually promote development.Primrose is also great at keeping parents involved and in the know. School announcements are made promptly and clearly communicated. Parents are invited into classrooms to celebrate events throughout the year and are often invited to spend time reading to the classrooms on Friday mornings. In addition, parents are given frequent daily updates through the school app so you can see exactly what your little one is up to and learning about throughout the day. This makes it easy to continue the lessons after school at home.We look forward to continuing to see our son develop at Primrose.”
