Customer service by staff is below par. Was there last week and it seemed as if no one wanted to wait on me. I also believe if your a person of color you are treated differently. The women are more helpful then the men. Probably won't do business there again.

I have been here four times now. The first time was to look at shotguns for Trap and Skeet. Their selection was very limited for long guns. They had no over unders. Their selection for pistols is larger. Though I will say that in the area, I have not seen any Fire Arms store with a large selection. This decision could be market driven. I think they had mostly self defense geared guns and some 22s for target shooting.I went another time to buy ammo and wanted to buy cases, but they only sold me max 5 boxes which was much less than I had expected. The 22lr boxes were small, like 50 rounds. There is only one store in the area in Yonkers where I was able to get 525 round boxes.I picked up ammo twice. The first time I ordered from a third party so I got shipping and the ammo was ready in four days. Pickup was a breeze, even with the NYS background check. I was the only one in the store.The second time I decided to order off their site. Unfortunately you do not get tracking when ordering off their site and have to wait for a phone call. I expected delivery to be similar to when I ordered from a third party. I was wrong. I tried calling multiple times to check on my order and got no answer. I finally got through and they said to try the next day. I called a bunch the next day and no answer, so I drove over to check. I found them completely overwhelmed with demand as there was a long line of customers. This explained why they were not answering the phones. When I eventually got up they didn't have it and checked the order and said I should try the following week. I did get a call the following week to confirm they got it. I showed up to the store and they were inundated again.My other issue is parking is metered and depending on time of day can be hard to find.I have to say the positives though. Everyone on staff is very knowledgeable. Most of my complaints are a tribute to their success as they have so many customers.Feedback for consideration:1) Provide tracking for orders on your site.2) Consider stocking cases of ammo or at least larger boxes for bulk buyers such as myself. The store in Yonkers sells the 525 round boxes of 22lr for example. Even though your price will likely be higher than ordering online, there are ammo transfer fees that ends up making the lower online price go up and there is the convenience factor.3) Consider increasing stock of fire arms.

This place is a joke and so are the offputting people that run it. do you guys actually want to sell anything? Have Stock in store, not on the computer. It felt like that scene from the movie 40-year-old Virgin with the eBay store..

I buy a gun like a month ago and I call county clerk to check on the status and they say that they don’t find nothing for me in the system so I guess they don’t Sen off the paper work for my new amendment up to now smh I gave my gun to put a sight they brake my gun now it’s like a month and they still don’t get the parts for it damn I guess they slow ??

do not use this place as an ffl to receive your firearm purchase transfer, unless your willing to wait a week or more while they get around to "logging it in"

THEY DO NOT RESPECT VETERANS/PATRIOTS!!!!! Exercise your 2nd Amendment Rights Elsewhere! You are better off going to ANOTHER gun store or simply go online because absolutely nothing on the website reflects accurately anything what's in the store! The Smoke N GUN should be named Smoke None! This place gets a 1 -Star or more accurately 10 thumbs down!

If you are a person of color, do yourself a favor-DONT GO! I recommend the gunranges in NJ, the environment,staff much better, friendly and welcoming.
