Poor customer service. Confusion in their follow through and greeting customers in time in the morning. I was told by my insurance that it showed I didn’t show up to my appointment although they have my forms filled out, which I completed in person.

My car was dented and scratched, estimated to fix within 2 weeks and unfortunately the repairs took 1 month to complete. I was inconvenienced tremendously and struggled to get around for errands. The customer service was horrible. When I called and asked for updates, I was promised a date to pick up and that kept changing. Will not recommend to anyone!Services: Body & Trim
