From the moment I walked in, I appreciated the level of customer service I received. The impression that I got was that the instructors really care about the shooters at the range and safety is job one. My first time experience there, I'm considering becoming a member, real talk!!

I thought this place was a little sketchy at first but it turned out to be a great experience I had to wait a couple of minutes to get buzzed in and then you head downstairs and I had to wait a couple more minutes for somebody to come to the front desk but once I was able to get in they were able to squeeze in some time for me to get on the Range the instructors are great very attentive and take their time with you if you never shot a pistol before this is a great place to start other than the check-in process it was a great experience would recommend.

Great place to shoot!! Rso’s are all great guys and don’t make you feel like an idiot if you have questions. Great friendly staff in all aspects of the business.

First time experience and it was amazing! Alan's teaching really had me tap in on an unknown skill and improved on it. The team there were professional and made safety an enjoyable and fun. Definitely gonna go back!

Owned my G-19 less than 6 months. The Range officer’s are not just the n the range for safety. But, to make sure you are comfortable with your firearm, giving an accurate score. Technic and strategy’s I’ve never heard of, which became beneficial improving my accuracy . Definitely recommend Pioneer Shooting Center

My partner took me here for a fun date night of shooting.What I love about this place is that THEY DO NOT PLAY WITH SAFETY.Kevin,our instructor is phenomenal.He was very thorough with instructions and continued to check on us to be sure that we were ok.The whole staff was super friendly and the place also had a great deal for trying other rifles.We will definitely be back here together to work on getting better to get our licenses.

Best place to get a beautiful experience. The customer service was amazing !!!!!! The instructor Joselito explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. Not only that, he stood by me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. And then Edison was so friendly and gave me so many informations and tips. He was an amazing guy that made sure I get the best experience. Overall, I would rate this experience a 1000/10. Friendly environment, nice people, very well educated and super loving. This is my second time and will not be my last, I will be attending again !

I never even got in. So I ended up going on Veteran's Day Friday as other ranges in the area were closed. I suspect they may have gotten increased demand for this reason. I called ahead to make sure they were open and was told they were. I suspect the person who answered may have been from the gun store as when I got there the store was empty. I went to the door and rang the door bell multiple times and nothing. I went to the gun store and the person said the range is open and to keep trying and they would let them know I am waiting. The only reason I got in was because an employee showed up for work and let me in. I then waited for the party before me to be done getting processed. Only to be told they were full and to come back in an hour or two. Note the whole thing was about 30 minutes. Waiting 30 minutes to be told there is no space for you is bad customer service IMHO. The door bell seemed to have an intercom. Maybe it was broken, but I feel like they could have at least informed me of the situation vs ignoring me.Suggestions:1) Use the intercom to inform people.2) Put up a sign at the door when full.3) Have a website where you can check if lanes are free.

My partner and I had an amazing time! When we arrived, we noticed their hours had temporarily changed, and we got there just before they were closing. When we arrived, we were greeted and they took care of us right away. We used our Groupon with no problems. They gave great instructions and everyone we encountered was friendly. I would definitely recommend and will be going again!

do not recommend. instructors are cool but the front desk staff is horrible. not nice people. also, wait times was really bad. sat there waiting for 1.5hrs. every 20 minutes the guy told me 20 more minutes. as if on purpose. ALSO, DO NOT get their Groupon deal. absolute waste of time. u get 1 small baby .22 rifle. and they treat you like they did you a favor

I've been to many gun ranges and this spot was atrocious on all levels. The front desk guy was incredibly rude. We waited 90 minutes in the lobby before we were allowed in. Very limited selection of guns. The guys inside were obnoxious. Its unbelievable this place gets customers. Awful experience.

Huge let down. Went there excited but left very disappointed. First and foremost - the groupon deal is a scam. all you get is a kids' 22 rifle. cannot chose anything else. and the wait times are huge bc everyone with the groupon deal is waiting for this one 22 rifle. I sat there an hour! but also, the front desk/reception staff is rude and obnoxious. This dude should NOT be greeting new customers. Musta had a really bad day, but still. Did not want to answer any questions, be helpful or just be nice for 1 sec.. waste of my day
